I went this morning and ordered a medium decaf as part of my order but received an original coffee which I can not drink due to caffeine sensitivity. I have been trying to call the store but only get a fast busy sign. Service seemed very indifferent. Not rude but not very friendly. Sandwich was the perfect temperature and tasted okay. Nothing to write home about but I could take a few bites..

This is literally one of the best dunkin’s in Lexington! Every time I come in here Trey the manager is literally so kind, helpful and talks to me about all the new items on the menu. I recommend everyone come to this Dunkin for great service and smiles! Thank you.

I've never had any issues coming to this location, so I'm glad its the one just down the street from me! Everyone is always very friendly, and I've never had problems with my food or drinks. I can't rate the atmosphere as I always take the drive thru, but from my experience there I would recommend this location.
