They asked me to pull around and they’d bring out my order. I waited 30 minutes and was given the wrong order, I went inside to get my correct food and the workers kept going around doing other tasks and saying they don’t know where my food is and proceeding to walk off.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I've given this location so many chances. The food is subpar. Today I paid $30 for stale donut holes, burnt croissants and cold soggy hashbrowbs. I've enjoyed Dunkin at other locations but am always disappointed when I visit this one. If you're craving Dunkin, choose a different location.

Very unprofessional. Employees wear small clothes with the whole stomach hanging out in front of customers and around the drinks it’s so unsanitary.

Came in at 7pm (2 hours before close) no donuts, ordered smothered brisket and banana nut bread. Came for donuts. Everything is always “out of stock” nothing but children in high school working. Last week they had to “remake my food” because it was frozen 3 yes THREE times in a row.

This Dunkin isn’t great. I moved to Lexington in august and Dunkin used to be part of my morning routine. This location frequently gets my order wrong or is low quality. I have received the wrong bagel, burnt bagels, bagels that feel like they were force thawed in a microwave, soggy bacon, and somehow cold brew that tasted burned. It hasn’t seemed to matter if I order on Uber or if I show up in person. You only have one chance to get a to go order right. After that you can’t improve the customer experience or fix a mistake. I think this Dunkin could use some work. If you’re looking for quality I’d suggest coffee times coffee house

i went to dunkin today as i’m going to look for a wedding dress, i’ve always loved dunkin. i’ve been going to this exact one for years. i always have ordered a grilled cheese. when i got my food it was completely cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted at all. my MOH (bestfriend) got a bagel with cream cheese, she asked for strawberry & for it to be warmed up. she got regular cream cheese & it was literally i kid you not felt like i came out of a refrigerator. the bagels sit on so i’d love to know how that makes sense. my fiance always gets a sausage egg and cheese bagel. it was also cold. it was literally like the sausage wasn’t even put in the warming tray. the egg was cold & wasn’t even worth eating. my fiance tried to go inside and get it changed to be heated & corrected. they told her “the grilled cheese isn’t supposed to be melted” okay so how else is a grilled cheese made… then asked her for the food back which was never a problem but it’s against health services. never again will i go back. starbucks may be more expensive, but at least if i want a grilled cheese i can have the cheese actually melted.

Drinks are watered down by the time you get them. Not to mention horrible... you get your food shoved out the window to you only to be dumped down in the bag and made very sloppy. I've wasted my money one too many times trying to give them a chance. I am not happy.

Today was my first visit to this particular Dunkin, and overall it was a pleasant visit. The gentleman in front of me in line ordered a large amount of drinks, and I am unsure exactly what the pretense to the visit was, but in short the gentleman drove up to the window and sounded like he decided to leave a few unsavory words with the staff and drove off. Overall the staff was kind given the previous encounter. My main course was “blackened,” (burnt) not to my request, but surprisingly tasted quite well. My side dish was unfortunately left out, but again given their previous “customer” that was okay. I understand things happen. When I walked inside they promptly and kindly corrected the issue. The latte I ordered was very delicious, and to my liking. I am leaving a 5 star review frankly due to the fact of the kind staff, and a surprisingly good “blackened” main course. I will be requesting a “blackened” main course at future visits at other Dunkin locations. Although, I am unsure if they will be able to accommodate my request. In summary, an overall pleasant experience, with exceptional food and service. As for now, this is the end of my review. Thank you, A Loyal Customer ???Dunkin

Kinda disappointed they was out everything I wanted . But took a dozen of assorted . They was good fresh doughnuts but not worth $18 . Their Halloween buckets was cute. And the staff was super nice about the situation

Not one time have i come to this location and it not just be terrible. Today i decided to go to Dunkin and take a chance on my order not being rushed and made completely wrong. Last time i went my entire drink was milk. The time before that i was charged for bacon, and got none. And TODAY i got a cold piece of bread that was not toasted whatsoever with maybe a drop of avocado spread. To me this is just being lazy. They were rushing to get me out of the drive thru when there was one car behind me. Why i keep coming there and wasting my money is beyond me. I will never be going to this location ever again and at this point im just angry and annoyed that im eating cold avocado toast. They should call it avocado bread. You all need to hire people that care because this is a known thing around Lexington of how much this location lacks in every aspect. Sorry for the angry review, just has happened to me way too many times.
