We went through the drive-thru, and having checked the website to see what we wanted, we found out that the website tends to offer more than they carry. I needed caffeine, so coffee was the only thing that I would have been frustrated if they didn't have, but they came through like champs for me in that regard!

This Dunkin' is easy to find and very clean. I tried the chai latte for the first time and loved it. My daughters had the matcha, and it was great too. We didn't try any food here, but I saw all the usual suspects ready to order. This place requires a restroom key, but the area seems nice enough, and their prices easily beat their Seattle-based competitors.

This location has really gone down hill in the past year or so. The donuts are half the size they used to be and barely have any glaze on them, no matter which glaze you choose. The last visit, my donuts were distorted and very sloppy made. I said I wouldn't go back, BUT, I did today to see if anything had improved. We'll, my hope was busted on e again. This time, they didn't have any plain glazed donuts...REALLY ??? A donuts shop doesn't gave any of the most common donut on the planet ???!!! Nor, did they have any maple glazed. I'm seriously let down by Dunkin Donuts on E. New Circle Rd.in Lexington, KY. DO BETTER.

I have been in Lex for years and this Dunkin has become my favorite over the paste year. Always Fast service and friendly staff. I don’t know if there is more than one day manager, but the lady with the long brown hair is awesome! My egg bites were on point and my iced coffee was perfect!

They literally never know what anything is or how to make it, I’ve also never once a single time had a correct cold foam made. So glad Dutch bris opened up across the street. Tries to give them another chance after about a year and won’t be going back. Hate this location so much but it’s the closest to me so just won’t be returning to Dunkin’ in general ever again after this last time. It’s just trashy people who they hire.
