A seemingly attractive blonde older lady waited on us at the drive thru.As soon as I said yes to the receipt that she offered She practically snarled at us. Had us pull up to wait for our tiny order. That wasn't a problem. I was literally hesitant of not drinking the latte because she was so rude to us. She brought it the latte and not the doughnut order and acted as if we were a problem when we asked for the rest of our order. She put off mega vibes that we were a bother to her. So we won't be back to that location. The younger blonde was super nice and it's too bad that she has to work around someone so hateful. The doughnut was okay kinda dry. It was the one with cream inside. The older lady didn't have any good customer service skills what so ever. Made us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. The latte was the pumpkin spice and not hot but not cold.

I am in this store 7 days week to get coffee for my wife and myself. The staff is always friendly and make my coffee as ordered. Usually having it ready as soon as they see me pull up. The only thing I miss about this location is the store manager that used to be there (Johnny) made the place seem like his and his crew always seemed happy to work with him. I keep hoping that I come in one day and he is back running this store. General Manager that I consider a friend is an unbelievable worker and does a lot more than he gets credit for.

I gave this store so many opportunities to do right and they never do. Every single time I order from here basically nothing is right. They give me a coffee that's just steamed milk, they don't have any of the items that I've ordered and they substitute them with stuff that I don't want, etc. Best Dunkin in town is the one on Richmond Road.

Forgot most of my items , Drink was made incorrectly, they forgot my donuts holes, My buttery croissant , only thing in the bag was my hash browns , I had an appointment so couldn't turn around since I already was almost to my destination ,If you have a busy day , Don't go to this DD. They won't get your order right or forget to do their jobs.

We went through the drive-thru, and having checked the website to see what we wanted, we found out that the website tends to offer more than they carry. I needed caffeine, so coffee was the only thing that I would have been frustrated if they didn't have, but they came through like champs for me in that regard!
This Dunkin' is easy to find and very clean. I tried the chai latte for the first time and loved it. My daughters had the matcha, and it was great too. We didn't try any food here, but I saw all the usual suspects ready to order. This place requires a restroom key, but the area seems nice enough, and their prices easily beat their Seattle-based competitors.

This location has really gone down hill in the past year or so. The donuts are half the size they used to be and barely have any glaze on them, no matter which glaze you choose. The last visit, my donuts were distorted and very sloppy made. I said I wouldn't go back, BUT, I did today to see if anything had improved. We'll, my hope was busted on e again. This time, they didn't have any plain glazed donuts...REALLY ??? A donuts shop doesn't gave any of the most common donut on the planet ???!!! Nor, did they have any maple glazed. I'm seriously let down by Dunkin Donuts on E. New Circle Rd.in Lexington, KY. DO BETTER.
