I came here all of the time a couple years ago. Last week I got a coffee that was so bad I threw it away. Today I paid 10$ for a sandwich that was still frozen in the middle and I threw it away as well. Waste of money!!!!!!!!!!

I have gone there so many times and not once have I had an enjoyable experience. I don’t know if there is a manager but if there is they need to reconsider who’s working there because every single time doesn’t matter who the employee is there is attitude and eye rolling. Told them my sandwich was missing bacon and the cashier wants to start talking shit about me to the rest of the employees. This employee has received so many complaints and yet she still works there. If i’m such an inconvenience because you decided to rush through my order and not pay attention to what was said then you should find another job.

I was so excited to find an Einsteins here. Then i came in for lunch. I asked for a sesame toasted with lox and cream cheese. I received a plain untoasted with a paper thin smear of cream cheese. I'll go out of my way for Southland bagels from now on.

Awful customer service, they need to get better workers. I would go there religiously and it’s constantly the manager on duty as well as the employees giving looks and talking about the customers as they are sitting right next to them. As someone who works in the food industry the customer service along with the numerous wrong orders me and other customers have gotten, this is not how this should be run. It has gotten to a point where it is unacceptable and makes me not want to step in that place ever again.
Since they are on campus they do have a limited menu but they do have a variety of items. Service is quick and friendly. I love their breakfast bagels!

Delicious coffee and bagels, wait can be long, but well worth it. On the rare occasion an order might be wrong, but everyone is very friendly and quick to fix any problem.
Food is good. Service is alright. Always busy. They would get a lot more service if they knew how to use Tapingo while being busy.
The bagels are always toasted just right and with a good amount of cream cheese
Campus bagel shop. As with most things built into college buildings, it's not a full Einstein's bagels as much as it is a glorified kiosk. Caribou coffee is great (really excited to have access to this again) and food is good. Service is constantly overwhelmed, however.
cooking staff doesn't care about what they do. if you add any extra ingredient expect your bagel not to have it. Do yourself a favor and go to Great Bagel on Woodland Ave if you can
