Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream

We stayed here for a night for our military ball and we loved it. The location is great, the room was great, the place was beautiful. An all around fantastic experience. Would recommend to anyone!

The fountains, plants and atmosphere in the lobby are relaxing and welcoming. The breakfast buffet with omelettes are worth the money alone! Having a sitting room and your bedroom is nice if you need to work.

Arrived and checked in at 2:30a.m.. I asked could I have a noon checkout instead of an 11a.m checkout because I Arrived at 2:30 a.m.I was told no and if I wanted one I would have to pay more money..Breakfast was awful..Chef gave my omlette to someone else..burnt my pancakes..Then burnt my omlette when he remade it...The orange juice and apple juice was out..The milk expired in 2 days...I have been a Hilton Honors member for about 15 years...This experience was and is not acceptable...I am very disappointed..I will not come back to this location ever ..I will not recommend this location..Maybe I should switch over to Marriot or IHG....Anyway beware

Wonderful Hotel with a great breakfast. We checked in a little late in the evening and got our room right away. Staff in the front desk were cordial. Rooms were big & neat. They have a refrigerator , a microwave and 2 TVs but the TVs are not smart TVs. They missed to remove a liquor bottle lying in our room while cleaning and we put it in the trash. But, the positives outweigh that. The breakfast is great. They even have an option to request for specific egg style that you want and it is made hot and given to you. Overall, a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with a very large dining room and beautiful greenery in the atrium. Breakfast was decent. The bad news, the room was far below Hilton cleanliness standards. Dirt and crumbs on the floor and carpet, sink wouldn't drain well, drab furnishings, but the kicker was finding a ladies false eyelash stuck to the bed pillow (see photo). We did not notice it until the next morning. Did they even put clean sheets on the bed? We had planned to stay 3 nights, but promptly checked out after one. Complained at the desk and were comped for the room, which was appreciated. We then went back to the Homewood Suites in Louisville, where we had stayed the previous night. We have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels and the room housekeeping at this one was very poor.

Spectacular, very clean rooms, very good breakfast included and first class service, you can bring pets, very pleased with the place.

Rooms: Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a good stay.

Food and drinks: At the bar you have two free drinks every night, and the breakfast is very varied and exquisite.

Incorrectly charged my card instead of the booking card. Rooms are out dated and in need of deep cleaning. Staff was genuinely nice and pleasant. They can charge your card but give you the run around to get situations resolved.

Edit: was contacted by the hotel and the charges were refunded. Policy needs to be updated that discloses the parking fee. I was booked this hotel through an event that I worked for UK homecoming. The parking fee was not disclosed to me during check in and really don’t understand why there is a parking fee.

Kinda of disappointed for the money I paid to stay here. We were in 301 one double bed had a blood stain on sheet didn’t call down just took it off and made due sheets were clean but had the stain in a noticeable area. Overall the room felt dated some furnishings has been here many many years and the room didn’t really feel fresh and clean. My daughter and I went to restaurant twice but couldn’t get any service so not sure if we did something wrong so went finally resorted to room service which was a total let down. They gave me a salad with dressing in a paper to go box and saucy wings in a paper to go box no liner or anything, a total mess! I’m not sure if that’s the new norm for room service but I would definitely rethink the paper to go boxes! My daughters cheesecake also in a paper to go box no liner didn’t have raspberry sauce like it said in description really only reason she wanted it. I worked here as housekeeper/assistant housekeeping manager 2003-2013 and back then it was a high end hotel with high standards. I hadn’t been back in many years so I decided to stay while in Lexington and was disappointed in the standard of the rooms and the restaurant/food.

Also may wanna check the toilet it ran a lot

Im staying here currently, still on night one. We checked into our room, got up to it, it smelled like smoker… we asked to be changed, they complied. Pull out couch is a joke. The restaurant is not good. Weird tasting food, very poorly managed. Customer service is obviously not a big concern. I would not stay here again. Photo is of restaurant.

We chose the larger suite and they are huge. They haven't been updated in a long time but the space made up for it. The beds are fairly comfortable. The breakfast is so yummy and the cook is really personable and knows what he's doing. If I can suggest a cubby type of area in the pool area so people don't take all the chairs with their stuff when they're gonna be swimming the whole time. We loved the bonus snack time each afternoon.
