Great location for functions.
The room was wonderfully structured, with the office/living area separated from the bedroom
Spacious and comfortable.
A beautiful hotel.
I needed a last minute stay and the host Jonathan was fantastic! The hotel was clean and gave a lot of value for the price! I wouldn't stay anywhere else when driving through. Great atmosphere, top notch service! 5⭐
I always love my stay. The staff is always polite and friendly.
Pros:
- good shower pressure
- good omelette station
Cons:
- carpet, curtains are very old and loaded with dust and other allergens including mold. It’s a pet friendly hotel so there’s pet dander everywhere
- mold on tile floors, tub calking, and ceilings in the room and bathroom. Someone needs to steam clean the tile grout.
- the rest of the breakfast. We’ve stayed at a lot of embassy suites and the breakfasts are usually excellent. This one was not. Again, the omelette guy (only one so there’s a super long line) was excellent. Very little fresh fruit (whole apples and honey dew). No bananas, berries, or anything else. All muffins and breads looked like they came from Walmart. Super processed. Bad choice for yogurt. Lots of sugary cereals.
- cleaning service. We only stayed one night, but ran out of toilet paper. There wasn’t enough towels.
Paying for parking is double dipping.
Great rooms and always good snacks and drinks at the managers reception 5 to 6:30 every night.
Had a great dinner with friends and Bluegrass Realtors association
Not impressed. Air conditioner sqeaking, ice machine out of order. What is the reason for this sign??? Pure room???? That definitely does not make me feel comfortable and welcome. No diamond bags.... With the past two stays at the different hilton brands. I'll probably go to a different hotel chain altogether. Diamond status doesn't mean anything.
Free drinks and snacks

Rooms are outdated for what is presented to be a nice hotel. Shower annoyingly drips constantly. The bathrooms are tiny and the door doesn't open all the way without forcefully pushing on it. It's also very noisy. I'm sitting here at 830 AM and just outside my door it is very noisy. The only best part about it is that it has a nice fridge and microwave in the room.
The room was a little dated and the water took a bit to adjust, but very minor issues! A/C had issues the first night, but resolved by the time I returned! The staff was great, very accommodating! Had dinner every evening at the Paddock, the food and service was great! Can't wait until the next visit!
A great overnight stay!
Excellent room layouts. Nice joined atrium. Hear they are planning on removing the plants in the lobby area. I think it looks great. Hopefully, they can revise the new design to keep them. Recommend pulling the fake ones, though, in the dining area. Very clean. The food could have been better.
Cigarette butts littered entrance driveway. Housekeeping levels were lacking. Decor was faded and aging.
