Pizza (harvest) and beer (pineapple mastershake) were excellent and Rebecca is amazing. Incredibly sweet and welcoming. Really made my day. Go here, you won't regret it.

When I first tried Ethereal, I thought it might be my new favorite pizza place in Lexington since my previous had just closed. Great crust, great toppings, and a nice side of ranch. Just good all around. However the employees seem to really hate working here. Not their fault, likely management. Either they are clueless as to if the food has even been made and can't find it, or they are straight up rude. Went to pick up an online order once and a guy brushed me off saying to order online and walked away.
Each time I have gotten pizza from here, it has consistently gotten worse. Today it might as well have been inedible. I guess they left it sitting on a hot oven after it was done and it continued to cook. The crust is hard as a rock and I wish I was exaggerating. So sad to see, I guess I will have to find another place. Just not worth the money.
By the way, if you order pickup online, you are required to choose 1 premium topping and 1 regular topping. I asked one of the workers if they were aware of this and apparently the owner is fully aware of it but refuses to change it. Pretty scummy.

First visit. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza to go. When we received our pizza, it was handed to us by an employee that just turned and walked away without a word. Upon inspection, the pizza wasn't cut. We then asked the same employee to please cut pizza all the way through. She still hasn't spoke. She takes the pizza and stacks on top of another pizza box and attempts to cut pizza again. She hands pizza back yo us, again without speaking, and pizza still has not been cut through. I finally spoke to a different employee, and he took the pizza and had it cut. What kind of person working in a pizza store does know how to cut a pizza? Pathetic.

So is there some specific time you can go when they’re open and have staff too? This pizza looks so amazing and we were so disappointed we didn’t get to try it. We came in on a Friday around 5:30, sat down, and never saw anyone else working but guy in the back making pizza. Would love to try again, but is there a better time??
Found on TikTok, was completely surprised at how good it was and how easy it was to order for pickup. It's now guaranteed we're going back next time we're in Lexington

I didn't even get to eat there. When I travelled an hour to try out this pizza place, I got there and no one seemed to care I was there. When the bar noticed I was looking around they tried to get the attention of the worker there. The worker non-chalantly was chatting with someone at the bar. When I tried to get his attention he seemed more focused on finishing his conversation than helping me.
I got there around 1:45pm and the worker told me it would be another hour before they could start making anything. When I asked when they opened usually, they said around noon. They claimed they had someone call out and that was the reason nothing was ready to go.
Why did almost two hours go by and no one was able to cover? Do they only have 1 worker and things fail if they don't show up?
This was an off-putting experience. I doubt I will attempt to try again just because how unapologetic the worker was that was there.
Outside of that, the inside seemed extremely empty and seemed more geared toward trying to cater to a bar crowd versus having any aesthetic. I don't know if they are more concerned about serving drinks rather than serving pizza.
The counter that you order from (I think you order from there) didn't look clean.
As a big pizza fan, I have to say, Ethereal Slice House nails it! The pizza was amazing – crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings. Rebecca, who was working there, was awesome too! Super friendly and made the experience even better. If you love great pizza, this place is a must-visit!
Have you ever felt lost in a familiar place? I know I have and let me tell you it can take a toll and a man’s brain and his sudden realization of bad decision making being ingraining into the very fiber of his being.
Well let me just say I was lost but now I am found. “And what have you found? “ is something you might ask yourself and boy do I have an answer. I found a place of love and friendly faces. Faces that make me feel safe,
Faces that don’t pass judgement.
Faces that light up the bleakest skies.
They also have pizza and this frozen thingy that has alcohol in it.
Thanks to Rebecca I’ve had a life changing moment that’s made me question reality and the importance of being a badass bartender. Rebecca is more than just a happy face to help you figure out what your taste buds need. To me Rebecca is all of those things. But more importantly a friendly face to remind me I’ll find my way back to Louisville.
Terrible. First they forgot about my order and waited 15+ min for a slice of pizza although I was grateful I didn’t get it. Why? Well, the personnel making the pizzas touch them directly with their hands after touching other surfaces like card terminals, other tables, wall and other objects. Specifically going to the card terminal directly to the cheese container is definitely not hygienic. I saw long hairs on everyone and nobody had protection there nor the on the mouth. Additionally, super rude, when I went to ask for my order they mentioned “I swear I gave you a number” putting the responsibility on me and then when I asked what we could do to solve it, the person just said “hmmm” and gave me the back not talking to me anymore even if I asked again. The kitchen floor and the pizza prep area looked muddy

Watermelon pina colada is sooo good! Pizza is always delicious and seasoned perfectly. My favorite pizza/beer place near UK Campus by far.
Don't bother eating here they won't be open much longer. The service was unacceptable and downright hostile towards us so instead go to better pizza places to go that appreciate your business.
Great new York style pizza! crumbled sausage was fantastic. Will be back for sure.
Cool place/vide! It’s literally on the corner!
One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Definitely the best pizza in Lexington.
