It's a ghost kitchen. Either johnny carinos or famous daves got bought out, and merged these two places together, and now Famous dave's is just a ghost kitchen. Only tried their ribs because there was a coupon. There's better barbeque than this in town, and their sauce gives less than something you'd buy at a store. chicken wings were well cooked at least, but the brisket was way too fatty, and the corn on the cob was mush at best.

Got ribs and brisket. Person helping me with the to go order was great. Food had a very good flavor. However regarding health considerations, it contains a significant amount of fat (but that's probably normal for that type of meat.)

I purchased a Famous Dave's gift card online because they had a bonus savings. They have it online right now! I've historically enjoyed famous Dave's, but they aren't accepting their own gift cards, and I don't live anywhere near another. I was told they only accept Johnny Carino's cards. Very disappointing. Our family has enjoyed both for years. I can't imagine they'll be in business long considering the poor customer service.

The way food is purchased does not mean you have to sink a food budget even eating at a place like Famous Dave's. I found a coupon in the mail, actually, three that has this combined business: one coupon was for a BOGO entree, which I used for Johnny Carino's. This next coupon is for a half rack of ribs with any purchase. The value on the ribs is $19.99 that is taken off. I decided to get a $5 brisket sandwich and a pint side of coleslaw $7.99. So how cool is it to get $32.98 worth of food for $12.99 + sales tax? Edit: I want to address two things that may come up from other customers, if it is your first time ordering online with either Johnny Carino's or Famous Dave's. When one online orders for Johnny Carino's and Famous Dave's; they may see that the earliest ordering time is like 11:45 a.m. Do not be fooled. I was able to carry out my order before 11 a.m. at 11:30 a.m. Also, I can confirm that Famous Dave's is the same business as Johnny Carino's, at least the location in Hamburg, Lexington, KY. If one orders food for Famous Dave's you will be able to carry out under Johnny Carino's.They also forgot to give me a side salad as one of my sides to the free rack of ribs. I ordered wilbur beans and side salad, option caesar.

Impossible to find and no answer to phone calls. Google maps lead you to Carranos, but nothing to tell you it was carryout or even inside the building. Very confusing. Ended up just leaving.
Quite possibly the worst BBQ experience ever. Ribs tough and impossible to eat and sides were micro serving and not fresh at all. Been to Dave’s at other places and much different experience.

Restaurant inside the airport in Atlanta, good service and attention, with a delicious hot dog, fresh beer, moderate price.Parking: In the airport.

Unfortunately, we didn't realize this was inside a Johnny Carinos until after we placed and paid for our order. Our 'naked' rib order was sauced. The ribs were tough. The cheese curds weren't great. The corn bread muffins were pretty good. I would look elsewhere.

First time trying place very horrible. Food was late then it was cold and nasty. Even the corn bread tasted bad. Never again will I ever order from here
