We had an amazing experience at this little hidden gem! “Favor” hosted a small private Wedding (14 people) for our son& his fiancé ( now wife) . From start to finish everything was top notch ! The owner and his wife run the show & all with the greatest of ease. It’s a small menu but everything was delicious ! You can’t go wrong with any of the appetizers. Our crowd also loved the smash burgers on homemade buns & handcut French fries !! The level of food “quality”far exceeded most places we’ve dined recently . Can’t wait to go back!

Best restaurant in Lexington and I don't think its particularly close. Private ambience and personal service that is incredibly unique. Rotating creative menu that is inspired by local ingredients. There is nothing else quite like it.

The food was decent, but not as good as I'd hope for the price, and the portions are very small. $2 for tap water??
We had a burger, fries, empanadas and a squash and lentil salad. The salad was the best by far. Everything else was just ok. Would go for all vegetable choices next time.
Service felt very personal, but for such a kitchen to counter vibe, I might have expected more customization or involvement in the experience.
Overall, I probably wouldn't go again, but you probably won't have a bad experience.

The cheeseburger is amazing, and the fries were great, and I don't normally like shoestring fries. The portions were generous, and I look forrwsrd to trying some of the other menu items that sounded enticing. The service was faster than I thought it would be, since it's a one man show. Nice ambiance as well.

Spectacular meal from start to finish. Shared a bunch of plates with friends and everything was incredible, especially the mushroom rangoon, and the burger which definitely lives up to the hype in other reviews. Really enjoyed being there on a slower weeknight with just a few other people at the chef’s counter, it was a great dining experience.
