My wife and I had dinner at Favor last night and both of us said afterwards that it was the best meal we've had in Lexington in a LONG time. Every single dish was amazing and prepared absolutely perfect. We started off with the mushroom rangoon dish which exploded with the most spectacular tastes in our mouths. We were sure that couldn't be topped, but when we got the Pork Chop and Snapper dishes we were wrong. Watching Wyatt prepare the dishes in front of us also added to the experience, seeing all the love and prep that went into them. He truly is a food genius. We ended it with the cookie dessert which was the perfect ending for a meal that we are still talking about today. Kudos to Wyatt for such an amazing experience and culinary delight. Would highly recommend Favor to anyone looking for a very different meal experience in Lexington that won't disappoint.

Stopped by after work to place a takeout order. Food was ready quickly and on time. Everything was very well packaged. The burger may be the best I’ve had in Lexington. The fries were perfectly seasoned and there were enough for two people. Finishing everything off with the fresh cookies made for a very good meal. I would highly recommend to anyone that is in the area.

Long time Yelper. First time reviewer. This spot is amazing in every aspect. The small chef inspired menu is impeccable. Lion's mane mushroom and cheeseburger are next level. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation.

This was the best experience we’ve had in Lexington. Restaurants should strive to put on any experience even half as good as what was provided by Favor’s Wyatt and Guest Chef Jon Baugh on this night. From start to finish, the food was impressive and unique. Every bite emphasized everything Favor is about, hand crafted and locally sourced excellence.

Recommended to me by friends, and I was not disappointed. Fantastic burger, delicious fries. Can’t put my finger on it, but the seasoning on everything was absolutely perfect, whatever it was. Pricey, but completely worth it. Will go back many many times.

Phenomenonal. Some of the best wings I've had in Lexington. Empanadas were fantastic as well as the Stoofvlees!

This place is tiny but the food was fantastic! We stopped by on a Saturday evening (around 5:30ish) after a recommendation from a coworker. They were only taking reservations at that point but they offered to bring us food if we sat in the bar (Arcadium) which was super nice of them. The actual restaurant itself had about 6 counter seats and a larger table that sat maybe 6-8, so definitely plan ahead if you want a reservation. We tried the empanadas (black bean), chicky wings, and stoofvlees. The empanadas were cooked well but we wanted a bit more flavor from them; the chili sauce they came with was spicy and delicious though. The Chicky wings were SO GOOD! Perfectly crispy and had great flavor. The real star was the stoofvlees, which was reminiscent of a poutine without the cheese curds. It was amazing, the meat melted in your mouth, the fries were crispy, and it was a perfect meal for a cold night. We were both full after everything and the portions were pretty generous so you could definitely split a few things. I think the menu changes so I can't wait to try something else next time.

Intimate, tucked away, DELICIOUS!! It’s one person working magic in the kitchen so don’t expect a quick in & out meal experience. Everything is clearly made with intention and care. Absolutely will be returning!!Only really warning is that it’s an open kitchen and small space so if you run hot, you might be a little too toasty in there. I’m always cold so I loved it.

One of the better burgers in Lexington! I made mine a double of course ?. The bun is awesome too possibly a DV8 bun although I didn't confirm that. The fries are great as well but I preferred them with regular ketchup which they have just ask.

This is the restaurant that everyone says, "we need to come back... tomorrow." Maybe the best food in Lexington. Consistently awesome on every dish offered. Wyatt is obviously amazing across the entire menu; in fact, the curry ketchup and the secret sauce are coming soon in bottles for us all to take home and enjoy! favor is a truly high-quality experience. Our only goal is to experience more dishes and more visits!

One of the most unique dining experiences in town! Small kitchen with one chef and one server. Definitely not a good place for big groups but it's an adorable place for a small date night or double date. Their burger was phenomenal, and their beet dip and watermelon salad were so fresh and light. You could tell everything was made from scratch

THE gem of Lexington! Heard of Favor through word of mouth and blew expectations. Try every dish while you can since the menu rotates based on the passionate chef who you see perform on his stage (the kitchen) as you eat. The most perfect spot.

*Review for experience only - did not eat here. This is not a friendly, just drop in and eat kind of place. I stopped by solo on a Saturday night around 8 while visiting Lexington for the night. It wasn't so easy to find.. tucked away behind a bar. Walked in the door and stood there for about 10 minutes - and was not acknowledged by anyone. Felt very awkward. It's a small place - there were about 6 people seated along the bar, with one person behind the bar.. which looked to be the chef. No one else seemed to work there. The vibe was not welcoming at all.. guess its just meant for people who make reservations ahead of time? Or locals "who know"? Honestly, I couldn't really tell. A shame, because Yelp photos and reviews looked great. Totally understand if it's a small, chef run place - love to support that - but wish it was more obvious how to dine here.. reservations only, no walk-ins etc. Or better yet, a "hey welcome, be with you in a moment" and then explain what's up if someone does just walk in.
