We come here every so often and I always enjoy the atmosphere and the customer service is 100%. Caitlyn was super nice to us today and I really loved the one on one attention she gave us at our table.

I had to come here to share that it was very cold inside the restaurant a couple nights ago. I asked the staff and they said they had adjusted the thermostat to a higher temperature and wasn't sure what else to do as it had been recently repaired. I felt awful for this woman who had to work in there because I was uncomfortable. The temp was about 62 and it was low 30s outside. This needs fixed!

We’ve eaten here several times during the past six weeks in response to their $4 pasta promotion.
This is good basic Italian food at a VERY fair price. Ample serving size, but I must constantly refrain from over indulging on the bread sticks.
The atmosphere is what I expect from a sit down fast Italian restaurant. What makes it great is the staff is very friendly, and seems happy that we walked into the place. Normally, we are in and out in under 45 minutes, just in time for Wheel and Jeopardy.
I must admit that I did receive a scolding for trying to clear off my own table. I’m a former busser from way back. Can’t help myself!

Went thru drive thru, breadsticks was all I purchased. Establishment was not busy at all which is fine, but the breadsticks were hard and barely warm. These were the crispiest Breadsticks that I have ever had. The ends were so hard. I was already back to work so i went ahead and ate the middle with my food. I'm pretty sure that you have a rotation of time that you are supposed to put out new bread sticks and even if the restaurant is not busy, Please reconsider giving a customer hard bread sticks just because you have them already there. I like this Fazolis but I was disappointed today.

GREAT service by two of the best Fazoli's employees Carol and Jaycia. Very friendly in taking our order and bringing our food to us. Checked in on us to see if we needed anything. They were a joy to talk with. Enjoy going to the Tates Creek Fazoli's for friendly staff and the food.
