I went through the drive-thru and ordered baked spaghetti. It was so good and I got the breadsticks which really tops it off! The only thing I can complain about is that it was $10 for this plate and it's just pasta and sauce. I don't understand but anyway you pay for the restaurant I guess. I would highly recommend fazoli's to anyone

We come here every so often and I always enjoy the atmosphere and the customer service is 100%. Caitlyn was super nice to us today and I really loved the one on one attention she gave us at our table.

Will continue to visit!

Caitlin was great! Greeted us and joked around with my toddler while we waited for my wife to come in. Brought our food out to us and checked on us a few times throughout the meal, really improved the experience!

Do what you can to keep her around.
