Not busy on a Sunday at 7pm, so there was lots of space and a reasonable wait for the food. Shanicque took my order with a smile. Food was delicious. I’m only passing through, but I would eat there again.

My order was incorrect. I was given the wrong kind of baked spaghetti. I called, spoke to the manager, I think her name was Journey, a young black lady. I was told to bring the order back and it would be replaced. When I did return, back across town. The manager was rude and never looked at my order or receipt. She told me I had told her that I was missing one loaded baked spaghetti, but I had ordered a buy one get one. I told her no I just needed to replace both spaghetti. Instead she told me no that's not correct. I had my receipt and had purchased my order there and at the Richmond Rd restaurant several times. She said ok, left and went to the back to get my order. Another employee came back with my one loaded baked spaghetti and I left without my order being corrected. I have never had such an experience before. They refused to correct my order that I purchased.

I haven't been to a Fazoli's in about twenty years and this location absolutely exceeded all my memories. Excellent customer service, the cashier let us know about promotions.Great food, I had the loaded fettuccini, much better than I remembered. I really wish this there were more Fazoli's in the rest of the country.

Terrible customer service. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came to help me. One worker came in from outside, said he couldn't help me, and I heard him tell someone else that I was there and still no one came to take my order.
