Aneesah was super pleasant and great. She served my whole crew while visiting to lunch and I have absolutely no complaints. Employees like this are hard to find and even harder to replace. Keep up the great atmosphere Fazoli’s and you’ll always have one crew that will keep coming back for more.
As soon as we crossed the threshold, Mary called out to us from the kitchen welcoming us and letting us know she would be right out. Such an upbeat lady —- I love meeting people with genuine enthusiasm and positivity. Mary exudes these things. What a remarkable person—-she just made my day!

This Thursday night I went to this fazolis and got chicken alfredo and a blue italian ice. I came home and ate and i didn’t think anything of it and went to sleep and on friday morning i got up and felt extremely nauseous and ran to the bathroom and threw up everywhere and everything in my body and was practically dry heaving! I also had extreme diarrhea and had the worst stomach cramps i then later discovered i had food poisoning. i eat here a lot and to get this was so disappointing do better.

ALISHA IS THE BEST, team member very helpful and great customer service. Pretty busy store, so wait time can be long, but when they have a good crew on deck and no manpower shortages it operates smoothly. Great food always hot, fresh

I would put 0 stars for service if I could but it took them 20 minutes to make the food and they just sat there and flirted and gossiped forever.
It's been a while since we have eaten here. The table service is nice, the food was good. The only complaint I have is the salad was a bit less than fresh. Otherwise, the food was good and tasty!

The staff member who took our order on May 18, 2025, at 5:16 PM was incredibly kind and attentive. My family moved to the U.S. last summer and we’re still learning English, but the staff member listened to me so patiently and sincerely. Thanks to their kindness, our meal was a truly happy and memorable experience. We are very grateful!
