I would put 0 stars for service if I could but it took them 20 minutes to make the food and they just sat there and flirted and gossiped forever.
It's been a while since we have eaten here. The table service is nice, the food was good. The only complaint I have is the salad was a bit less than fresh. Otherwise, the food was good and tasty!
The staff member who took our order on May 18, 2025, at 5:16 PM was incredibly kind and attentive. My family moved to the U.S. last summer and we’re still learning English, but the staff member listened to me so patiently and sincerely. Thanks to their kindness, our meal was a truly happy and memorable experience. We are very grateful!
Friendly staff and great food!
I had the breadsticks and they were absolutely perfect, the lady that was working the counter was super friendly and wished everyone a Happy Mothers Day, will definitely return
We love coming here as a family! Service is wonderful.
They gave our order to another table and it set on the other table for a few minutes, then realized their mistake after the other guests finally spoke up, then picked it off the other table and brought it to us.
My husband works in healthcare and did not want food from another table that people were breathing on and talking over so he had them remake his food but not without the employee giving him attitude about it. At this point, I was afraid he would spit in my food and I had not realized it had added parmesan cheese. I was eating a salad. I left my plate full on the table (untouched) because not only had it been on another table for quite some time but someone had added parmesan cheese, assuming it was the people they gave our order to by mistake had also requested the parmesan cheese on top.
So, remake my order, no cheese, simple fix.
I told the manager that I did not want it with parmesan cheese. He told me that it adds flavor, feed it to my kids or my neighbors. As a manager he needs to serve the customers, without us, he would not have a job. I fully expected him to remake my order without the cheese. He did not offer and was not listening to my request so I had a side salad for dinner.
So irritated!
My husband told him about his employees behavior and the manager said yeah, sometimes he has attitude. SMH
Wasted time, wasted money and wasted food. I do NOT recommend this location. This was NOT our first incident either. This place gradually gets worse every visit!
The last time we were at this location the manager rushes out and hastily tells us that it will be 20 minutes before they could take our order, he was hoping that we would leave and some customers did walk out but we did not, instead we placed our own order at the kiosk.
I counted people in the restaurant, ELEVEN people but they were behind 20 minutes. I would have given less stars if it were an option. We will NOT be back to this location!!!
This is our go to restaurant, yummy food and fast service. All the people working there are top notch the best!!!!!
Normally I love Fazoli’s and tbh, I still do. THIS location, however, is the most common location I visit, but the last several, not few, but several times I’ve visited my order is completely wrong. I once asked for a lemon ice. Didn’t say a number. They charged me for two and gave me two. Today, I asked for baked lasagna and they asked what sauce I wanted? I’ve never been asked that before. I was confused. I found out why when I got ravioli instead. I once asked for six extra breadsticks and they gave me 10 with the up-charge in the drive through. I’m not sure who there is doing this, but please listen better because this is so irritating.
The manager, Jason met us at the door holding the door open for us because my wife was on an oxygen tank with her cannula. Then took our orders, got our drinks for us and brought the food out piping hot as soon as it was ready! Checked on us to make sure everything was going good and that we were enjoying ourselves and the food! It made a wonderful evening out for us, while celebrating the first day of my second retirement!

Best manager I've ever seen their
Absolutely rancid sweet tea. I don't know if it's the fact that their containers haven't been cleaned correctly, or if the bags their teas come in have gone bad, but there's nothing worse than taking a drink and getting a mouth full of sour piss water.
The food itself is really, really good. I've always liked Fazoli's food, and the penne is always a favorite of mine. The breadsticks were good as always, and the staff were super nice. The only issue is that the price has gone up and portions have gone down, which is really disappointing. Pasta is so cheap, but we are paying 8 bucks for not much. I would have given 5 stars, but I just can't justify that.
Order wrong and waited nearly 15 minutes, In fact still waiting writing this. I would say they need to do better, but honestly, they couldn’t do any worse
I picked up a carry out order from the Palomar location. It was the same order I always get at the Nicholasville road location, baked ziti and a side of meatballs. It’s always good, but not this time. The meatballs were horrible. They tasted low quality- rancid and rubbery. They definitely are not the meatballs that I normally get at the other location. I always give one to my cat, but she wouldn’t eat these. They will go in the trash. The baked ziti was ok, but the cheese wasn’t browned. It didn’t appear to have baked at all, only warmed up. At least it was edible. I will not return to the Palomar location.
