Food here is great, can’t go wrong with pasta. What I really wanted to leave a review over is the manager of this particular Fazolis. I’ve been to this location numerous times and the manager is ALWAYS working hard, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell he cares a lot about his store and takes pride in it, which can be rare in the restaurant industry. I genuinely don’t think I’ve been here without seeing him before- he is always cleaning the lobby, taking orders, or keeping things tidy in general. He’s quick to offer anything extra like boxes to go and checks in throughout your visit. He’s always very kind to guests, especially seniors. Just wanted to pop on to say these things don’t go unnoticed & to keep it up! (:

Food was really good. I was the only customer there at the time. Once seated and eating, I never once was asked if I wanted additional breadsticks. There were 3 male employees, including the cook, all on their phones the entire time. The mngr was a female eating in the dining room as well and seen them all on their phones and never said anything to them except bragging on her dance moves as she danced thru the dining room after she ate. No one ever acknowledged I was there after I ordered. They need to do better. Because of the poor customer service, I wouldn't visit this location again.

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. I also didn’t get to order. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and I waited 15 minutes to order and never even maid it to the mic. Unbelievable.

Ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, and it was pretty much a bowl of dry pasta. I usually ask for extra sauce because I think this is normal for these restaurants. This was the first time at this location, and I had hope for the best. Also had the cheese ravioli and they were really good. Right amount of sauce. Would definitely go back for those.

I went to the Nicholasville road location, we had an employee named Betty take care of us. She is the most genuine/kindhearted person I have ever met. She deserves a promotion asap.

The food was delicious, but I was disappointed when an employee ignored a customer mentioning that the lobby sweet tea didn't taste right. Was told they "thought" it had a lemon flavor, which is why it tasted "sour" then proceeded to tell the customer they'd talk to their manager(NO ONE CHECKED IT)... No, sorry, but normal restaurants don't add lemon to sweet tea without it labeled... speaking of, where were the "created" labels for the tea? Don't drink their tea people. It's BAD.

We stopped on the way home from our trip Gatlinburg and had the best meal!! Great service and we love love love our Fazoli stops when taking trips!! It's a great feeling to have a place your family can look forward to time and time again!!
