Someone who doesn't like me made my sandwich, what a mess. And there is nothing worse for me than wet bread! I wish they could be replaced with Penn Station.

Got two footlongs and two cookies for $30. Order was ready and waiting when I got there which was nice. Both sandwiches were cut all the way in half though and heaped with toppings so they both fell apart while we ate, no napkins included so it was a total mess. Ingredients just lumped on so even before things spilled out, some bites were just bread. Pretty bad service.

Went there for lunch today and the experience was good, staff was nice......busy in there as it was lunch hour. But, was pleased with service. The sandwich I got was pathetic. There was hardly any meat or cheese. And for $16 I will not be going back. I can only assume that they are pre measuring portions to get more margin.....which is typical these days. Oh well....see you around, Firehouse.

We won't go here anymore because we don't want to deal with Brandon. Too bad, we love their subs.

I've tried almost every sub joint in Lexington and for quality and price Firehouse beats them all. I've never had a bad sub.

The wheat bread along with the other ingredients is always fresh. Firehouse is one of my favorite sandwich shops

Lexington Firehouse is awesome….much better than the Richmond store. Bread is toasted good and more meat! Please keep it up!
