Absolutely love Firehouse Subs and the employees are always friendly. I do suggest cleaning the entry doors & handles with each shift change, they always seem to be dirty.

I love Firehouse Subs. Their food is great. I am always met with a friendly face and I can be just a little bit picky when I order. But it's never been an issue. My Sub is always perfectly made per my request and my order. The building is slightly more hidden back off the road than I had liked However, by using Google Maps, I found it on the first try! The parking is ample and the atmosphere is very good.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarians you are going to find no problem with finding a meal to enjoy here.

Nothing like waiting for your food and seeing a giant roach crawling on the menu board. I told the staff and they yelled for a staff member to come kill it. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been going to the Richmond road firehouse for a couple years now, and I order the exact sandwich every time, a Jamaican jerk turkey, and consistently they always forget what I order, put something on the sandwich that I did not ask for, as well as leave the sandwich in the back and forget it’s there leaving the sandwich cold and not even offering a cookie or drink because of the mistake. Go to the firehouse in nicholasville, I know the owner and the service there is much better.

This place has improved the flavor profile. It is definitely not the same as the bland food from 3 years ago. Try the steak sub it is great!
The lunchtime crowd was thick, but service was still pretty fast. Food is good and everything is clean and we'll kept.

I love firehouse subs and have had it numerous times which is why I chose to order it tonight via Yelp. I ordered two sandwiches and two chips for delivery, however, the chips were not in the sealed bag and our sandwiches were cold. I called grub hub (who delivered the food) and was only issued a refund for the missing chips - not resending my chips. I was told we would have to re order and pay the delivery fee AGAIN for Firehouse Subs poor oversight. I know it was not initially grub hubs fault because the bag was already sealed, but the whole situation was very disappointing.
