Was standing at the register for 5 minutes before any employee said hello to take my order. Also asked for no pickles twice and was still served with a pickle. The portions are lacking. I will not be back.

Don’t ever order online from here. Took me two hours to get a sandwich that was no longer fresh and did not have correct fixings on it
We had never had firehouse before, but we absolutely loved it. My husband got the firehouse hero, and I got t he cheese steak. They were both delicious. I also got the Mac n cheese. It was everything good Mac n cheese should be. We had great service and awesome food. We will definitely be back.
