The sandwiches are delicious every time but service can be slow on certain days. There is a sign on the pickup order shelf that says “sides/chips are in the bag” so all you should have to do is get your drink, but my chips are never in the bag. Overall they have good food and I will continue to come to this location for my subs.
Well it's 8:45 and I wanted a quick sub and they they had the doors locked 15 minutes before 9:00 Don't think I'll be back here anytime soon
My husband and I was there around 8:20p, he ordered our food (which was amazing). The young lady that took the order was pushy and unwelcoming. Was taking the order with a head phone in her ear. After she took our order she proceeded to go sit down and play on her phone. When my husband walked back up to the counter to tell her that we was missing something she proceeded to tell him he had to go down to the other end of the counter and them that we was missing something.

Walked in. No one inside but two customers. The two employees inside standing around like no one is waiting on them. I’m told that it’ll be awhile they have a lot of online orders. Mind you these people are acting like they have no energy. They look sad and have no motivation. This is why I stopped coming over here but this was just a reminder that this fire house subs is the worse one in town. I absolutely love firehouse subs. Will never come back just because of how bad there employees are. It’s a joke. If you love firehouse like I do. Go to a different location!!!!!

Parking: All the Firehouse Subs are in strip malls that share parking with other stores so maybe someone should. Consider building one away from the malls but food is good prices are same as all restaurants due to COVID everything went up even in regular grocery store,,but parking is differcult when it's noon time,,they cashier was very polite n said yes n no to everything but limited eating inside at 11:45-12:30 due to lunch rush
Kid-friendliness: Yes they have kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have 3 spots in front

This Firehouse Subs is the biggest one that I have been to. Excellent service and great food. Very clean and friendly service. Parking is a little hard to find. But it is because they are so busy and that is enough in itself to show that they are doing something right. Overall I think that the food and service is good and I don't believe any other Sub shop can hold a candle to this Firehouse Subs.

I love Firehouse Subs, but I don't think I will ever be returning to this location at 1781 Sharkey Way in Lexington. My mom had just got off a 12 hour shift at the hospital and wanted to grab a sandwich before headed home. We stopped, and this place looked closed. The open sign wasn't on and the two girls up front at the register seemed to be more engaged into their conversation than wanting to wait on us. I ordered a Hook and Ladder and when I got home, my sandwich looked exactly like the picture I have attached. I called the store and spoke to a girl named Cheyanna, who informed me that she was the manager. I asked if I could have a credit and she told me that I would have to drive back up there from Versailles to get a credit. When I asked who the general manager was, she replied "I can't give you that information". Wow. First restaurant that I've ever been to where the general manager's name is a secret. Anyways, here I am spending 12.49 on a sub that wasn't good at all. Subway could've done better than this. I really hope the general manager sees this picture because the sandwich and this customer service is the WORST I've ever dealt with.

I love firehouse subs but avoid this location. Every table was dirty. The soap and paper towels were out in the bathroom so you couldn’t wash your hands. I told the employees about it and they did nothing to fix it.
