Service is usually fast, always friendly and helpful servers. Manager is friendly as well. Food is always yummy, and portions are good. It feels a little small inside and crammed in when it’s busy, but not super crowded on a weekday.

Food really good. Way too crowded so decided to do order online instead of dine in. Claimed they didn't receive our order after waiting 1 hour. I told the manager to cancel the order and refund my money. Manager said he would and gave me two $20 gift certificates which were dine in only. Well they never refunded my money. My wife called multiple times and got the runaround when she asked why they did not refund our money. My wife had to call because their hours are not for the people that cannot take a break during work hours. I don't ever see us using these dine in only gift certificates as the place is way too crowded and again they don't have hours for the working person. If I do any online orders in the future, it will be from the location at Hamburg. This really is a shame because I could almost walk to the location on Richmond road. We used their preferred website to order, you may have better luck using GrubHub or Doordash or some other app.

In a nutshell, the egg on the sandwich was super runny (she did not ask how i wanted my egg)and the potatoes definitely under done (I was tired and hungry so I didn't complain and it wasn't terrible). We had to yell for our waitress to get a refill and she also brought our to-go box with the drink. We waited another 20 minutes and the check finally arrived. I guess for $35 the meal and service didn't add up. The hostess at the front asked how everything was, when I told her my experience, I got the "too bad for you" vibe. She wasn't outright rude, but she definitely wasn't concerned. I definitely felt forgotten, for cost and experience, I wouldn't return. Reading the other reviews, it seems this doesn't happen often, though. I think the hostess's reaction really made it worse.
