I ordered my favorite farm stand breakfast tacos from this location, but what I received was unacceptable, my food looked like slop. When I called to report the issue, the worker who answered forgot to mute the phone and clearly said, “I have a Karen, the customer on the phone complaining.” Then she muted the call. Another worker took over and told me that the manager was busy and would return my call when she had a chance. The service was terrible. This location is disappointing and does not live up to the First Watch brand standards.

Fantastic breakfast experience at First Watch just off Winchester Road! Our server, Lexi, took excellent care of my wife and me—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. I had the dressed-up raspberry French toast, which was absolutely incredible, and my wife enjoyed a more traditional breakfast that was cooked to perfection. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

I have to start by saying Bailey was spectacular. When Grace asked me if my experience was awesome, it just was not high enough praise. Bailey was attentive and made sure we had a good time. The food was brought out at a good time and was great. If you are there for the holiday the cinnamon chip pancake was really good. It was also nice to meet Daniel as it is nice to look someone eye to eye and Daniel is taller than I and super friendly! A really good morning thanks to First Watch

My server this morning was Hannah Brooke. She was top notch and went out of her way to make sure our coffee stayed full (creamer too!) and my eggs were done like I asked. She has a charming personality and a constant smile. Thank you Hannah Brooke for making our breakfast experience perfect!

CHECK YOUR STATEMENT. As is my habit, I left a generous cash tip at the table. At the register, I chose "no tip" on the payment screen. When my statement came, I had been charged $48 for a $32 checque. Good food, great service - crooked as a dog's hind leg.
