Food is decent but pricey. You could eat at a restaurant before spending money here. Can’t speak on competitors through reviews but there’s definitely better options on a better budget.

Food is great but I'm always a fan of a good smashburger and some custard. But this is the 3rd time they've got my order wrong lol. Still, tasty as hell

My first visit to a Freddy's, and the burger was really good. The onion rings were very good. I really liked the fries, but they get cold quickly since they're so thin. The Freddy's smoked sauce was the best of the 3 they gave me (reg Freddy's, jalapeno and smoked).

It's decent food but very overpriced and service is extremely slow. I hit up the drive through around lunchtime as this is the closest place to baptist health's maternity ward and my wife desperately wanted a cheeseburger and milkshake. There were only two cars in front of me yet it still took about 15 minutes to get my order. The food tasted exactly like any other generic fast food burger. Not bad but nothing memorable. Yet a combo meal cost $15. Kind of ridiculous considering I could get a much better meal at a sit down restaurant for that price.

Five star rating all around. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The food was great. The establishment was clean and well maintained. Easy to navigate to and from the interstates. Staff checked on us after we ordered and while we were eating.

I ordered using Uber Eats from here and they got the order completely wrong I received two of some sort of weird smashed Burgers and French fries instead of the crispy chicken club sandwich and tater tots that I ordered.

We placed a mobile order at 3:39 PM and didn’t get our order until 4:10 PM
They made an error and never made our order or gave it to someone else.
Meanwhile, there is a female employee taking selfies on her phone in front of the registers in front of the entire restaurant. I wasn’t even given an apology for having to wait 30 minutes while people are going through the drive through etc. Dining room was also very dirty.

Ordered a triple chocolate cone. How do you do a triple or double cone with soft serve ice cream? It was tasty even though it was a sloppy pile of mess. Just serve a small, medium or large. Calling it a triple made no sense to what i received. I think the employees put the soft serve in a container then tried to scoop it onto a cone. It looked terrible. I would've taken a photo if my phone wasn't dead. Gave 3 stars on food because the flavor was good.
