Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I ordered using Uber Eats from here and they got the order completely wrong I received two of some sort of weird smashed Burgers and French fries instead of the crispy chicken club sandwich and tater tots that I ordered.

We placed a mobile order at 3:39 PM and didn’t get our order until 4:10 PM
They made an error and never made our order or gave it to someone else.
Meanwhile, there is a female employee taking selfies on her phone in front of the registers in front of the entire restaurant. I wasn’t even given an apology for having to wait 30 minutes while people are going through the drive through etc. Dining room was also very dirty.

Ordered a triple chocolate cone. How do you do a triple or double cone with soft serve ice cream? It was tasty even though it was a sloppy pile of mess. Just serve a small, medium or large. Calling it a triple made no sense to what i received. I think the employees put the soft serve in a container then tried to scoop it onto a cone. It looked terrible. I would've taken a photo if my phone wasn't dead. Gave 3 stars on food because the flavor was good.

Floors were filthy, and so were all the tables. Just an unacceptable condition.

We had an incredibly difficult time ordering due to computer issues as well as the cashier no being able to hear. I ensured that order was correct when we paid. We waited for our food a normal amount of time and left to take it home when we found out that one of the burger and fries combos we ordered and paid for was missing. After calling the store, I learned that my only choice was to return to the store, 25 minutes away, to either get the food or a refund....that would be nearly an hour. No alternative. I understand that they may not have the ability to issue a refund over the phone, but I'm really disappointed that the only offered resolution was for me to drive for an hour. The food itself was not especially good... Not terrible but not worth the $64 I spent especially after the drive to get home. This was my second time at Freddy's and it definitely will be my last. It's expensive for fast food, near the bottom of the pack in taste and quality and the service does nothing to make up for either...in fact, the service makes the other flaws stand out even more.

Freddy's was close to where I was visiting for doctor's appointment. We had never been before so we decided to try it. The food was fresh and hot. All the tables were dirty so I had to get somebody to wipe one off for us. The only reason it's getting a four-star is because the young lady that waited on us must not have been having a very good day. No smile, no eye contact, couldn't hear her when she would speak because she was looking down. Definitely had a phone sitting over by the register, she was looking at it while she was trying to take our order. I wasn't the only one that noticed this. When myself and my party sat down, someone else had also asked me if I had noticed.

They never gave me my chili cheese fries. It's on the receipt. I'm not from here . I went all the way to my mom's house and looked into the bag and there were no chili cheese fries. I wasn't going to spend my gas to go back. .

Everything was great. The kitchen even looked clean.

It's a fast food chain with burgers and sandwiches and fries. It's tasty enough. The chicken club sandwich I had was better than expected for fast food. The shoestring fries could have been feather or they just go soggy quick. Service was good. Staff were polite and quick to get food up.

This is one of the best fast food spots in my opinion. Great food, fast service and friendly staff. They have a large dine in area and plenty of parking. Easy location to get in and out of also.
