Sat at drive thru speaker on hold for over 10 mins the first time I tried to go there, so I drove off. Tried to go again. Same thing happened, this time I waited the 16 mins and ordered my food. Finally get to the window, and they had me sit there with my food in the bag next to them for another 13 mins while they just stood in the window. Didn't collect money, didn't acknowledge me. So I waved, not honked, to get their attention. The girl with her nose piercing looked at me, rolled her eyes and turned back around. Meanwhile my kids screaming in the backseat bc we've already been in this line over 30mins at this point and they were hungry when we pulled up. I can see our food in the bag. It's right there. 2 kids meals. That's all it was. I sat there another few mins just so I could get my kids food. Nothing. So I drove off. With my food sitting right at the window. I had to feed my kid. They weren't going to help me do that. I went somewhere else and was helped immediately with better service. 2 attempts to go there an both were fails due to horrible customer service.

I liked this place, especially how the meat was cooked. The fries that you get plenty of are thin-cut but were not hard—some of the better fries I have had. I definitely will go back. You need to try it.

First time to stop at a Freddy's. It won't be my last. The burgers are all advertised as doubles but you can order them as singles or triples. Their custard is delish and they have a lot of extra that can be added in. Price is in line with other high quality restaurants. If you haven't tried them yep, treat yourself to a visit, I think you'll be glad you did.

I love this restaurant. Their Patty Melt, Onion Rings, and jalapeno fry sauce is so delicious. However, if you are going through the drive thru don't expect super fast service. It does take them a bit to prepare the food.

My friends and I sat in drive thru line for 35 minutes….which is fine. Everyday I see there is a line so I understand they’re busy. However, we go to pay and the girl looks at us and tells us to get our food from the next window. As we are pulling up, another girl yells from the window to wait because the other girl forgot our drinks. So we back up. Drinks are wrong, but we brush it off. We pull up to the food window. Girl hands us a milkshake and says have a good night. We are confused because we got a list of food, so we tell her the ticket number and that we had a LOT more stuff ($43 worth of food). We hand her back the single milkshake and she asks for our receipt which we gladly give to her. Another girl comes over after 5 minutes of waiting and hands us a small bag (we are thinking this is definitely not all of it). So another girl rushes over there and takes the bag back and says oh no they’re ticket #368. Eventually a very sweet girl comes over and hands us our food. Took forever, but food was good. Just seemed like they are a little slow or confused in there. I’m gonna try this place again but I’ll only get one thing so I don’t confuse them with 2 combos and some milkshakes.

We were so excited to try Freddy's, but unfortunately, we (5 people) did not like it. My mom ordered chicken fingers, and she had to put her dentures in to eat them because they were too hard. The Veggie burger was subpar, although I did appreciate them having it. The milkshake was extremely watery, and the burgers were ok. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. I will try again after the holidays.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is available, but was not good to me.Kid-friendliness: Good kid menu.
