Little man's name is Freddy so of course we had to stop here. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food, had a fish sandwich which this fish was a lot bigger than expected. Of course we had to get some ice cream, the Custer here is always a kid favorite.

I ordered a deluxe fish sandwich. What I got was a bun, a piece a fish, half a slice of cheese, 2 pickles...no lettuce, no sauce, and not hot. Not acceptable at the price charged.

The meat was atrociously thin, lacked flavor, especially a nice garlic flavor. Even with their signature salt it still seemed quite bland. Fried were shoe string and also lacked salt. Trash was overflowing, and the ketchup was not filled. Custerd was pretty good. Service was okay, cashier was not always present but friendly. I enjoyed their signature seasoning because the ingredients were clean!

It took so long to get our ice creams that they were melted when they gave them to us.
I came into tho restaurant today on polo blvd 2/5/2024 around 2:30 pm and i waited about 5 mins at the front counter when no one had taken my order. I asked a young woman around the corner i said i'm ready to order she said we don't take your orders here they take them for you upfront (sweet girl). I said to her i know theres no one up there. She replied i'm sorry she will be right with you. Another two mins went by before she came to take my order, not a smile on her face was very rude like she was bothered to be taking my order! After 7 mins of waiting i couldn't believe she was a manager. They should probably rethink who they have running there store i've ate here plenty, and the other managers are so kind, but i don't think i'll be back after her poor attitude and lack of experience!! they were so rude to my children. My children went up and asked for a cup of water they said side where is your mother? Do you know what happens to little kids without mothers you could be kidnapped am I can't my child came back, terrified, and I will never be coming back. The lack of experience was outrageous and I though horrible

Ordered drive through; was charged for items they didn't have in stock, wasn't notified about the issues until after we had been waiting 7-9m by the window. Employee was obviously busy, but unconcerned with fixing the problem. Management wasn't notified.I do not recommend this place.Don't charge people for stuff if you can't make it! So frustrating.
