The only employees here are black people. Why are they so rude? Seriously? They were mumbling amongst themselves. I don't know what they were talking about, but as someone who ordered food, I didn't feel very good.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I paid $6.35 for rude service and pre-made smoothie that only filled about half a small cup (maybe 4oz). Another classic example of UK dining's downward spiral.

The customer service at this location (Jacobs Science building on campus) is HORRIBLE. The young(er) girl who works the register typically in the mornings is exceptionally rude and gives you a hard time while you’re trying to order. I got a green juice (which was pre-made sitting in a fridge) and asked for some ice in it, and the girl said they don’t have any ice. THEY MAKE FREAKING SMOOTHIES.... but don’t have any ice? (Yeah, right.) So I go to the back of the store and drink my juice and another employee asked her what I was waiting for and she (audibly) said “she’s mad because I won’t give her any ice,” and proceeds to laugh. This the the worst freshii location I’ve ever been to.

They have frozen kieffer and smoothies on the menu both online and in store and they never have it. I stand in line for 15 minutes and when they don't have it the worker gets upset that I'm not getting anything else. They never have it no matter what time of day you go in, take it off the menu if you aren't going to serve it.

I have always been pleased with the food quality. Everything is tasty. On the downside, the staff prepares orders veeeeeery slowly: I have waited 40 minutes for a bowl of rice, veggies, and chicken. The staff themselves also seem to despise their jobs, and that bitterness overflows into every customer interaction.

When they just started last year, the workers were really slow at getting your order. Sometimes I've had to wait thirty minutes or an hour, if it's crowded, and fifteen minutes of there's a couple people. But now it's gotten slightly better, I'd say they shaved off five minutes max from those times I've mentioned.

Not only do the employees have a BAD attitude but 7.00 for a smoothie that was missing ingredients, had to sub others, told them NO DAIRY, walked out with a cup not even 3/4 full after waiting over 20 minutes. AVOID THIS PLACE if you value your wallet and your health!

This place is ridiculous! Beyond the horribly long wait times, when I used Tapingo to place my order, I requested extra sauce. They refused to give it to me and made me wait back in the super long line. When I finally received my sauces, my food was cold from waiting and the sauces were so hot they melted the plastic ramekin and burned my hand.
