It's a great spot for kids, with plenty of entertainment to keep them busy. The food isn’t extraordinary, but it’s definitely a great value for the amount you get. The salad bar is a standout, though! The setup is pretty cool, too—there’s a designated area where kids can watch Disney movies while they eat, a sports section for adults, and regular seating as well. Plus, there are plenty of arcade games to enjoy.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely Kid friendly, lots of places for them to see and engage.

I have had many parties here with one as recently as a month ago. I got the gold package 10 kids minimum WITH a private room!! I have another birthday party that I was about to book and NOW all of a sudden I can't have a private room UNLESS I get the gold package WITH 15 kids!! What the heck happened to 10 kids minimum and paying a little more. That is an entire $130 extra just to have a private room. I'm highly disappointed especially with me just having a party there last month. My kids loved having parties here and I know they're going to be disappointed that we won't be able to have many parties here anymore.
There's a LOT of fun, awesome things to do with the family. However, I spent $119 for my family to eat at the buffet, and it was DISGUSTING. Almost everything was cold, and nothing tasted good at all. Noodles were mushy, sauce entirely too runny and sweet, just overall everything I tried tasted gross.

Food was mediocre pizza seemed to have been sitting out for a little while. Food wasn’t very warm nor have much flavor to it. 90% of the employees around the food did not speak any English, so when asking for fresh pizza or something else no one could understand what I was saying. I understand the fact of only being able to hire who applies, hard for customers when no one around speaks English.

The food was a bit cold, but it was flavorful and we were late diners. However, everyone knows that the food is not what you go to Gattitown for. The main reason we went was to meet up with family and provide our kids some time to play games and have some fun, WHICH THEY DID! The cashiers were nice and the staff was always busy and working hard to keep the dining areas clean. The bathrooms appeared clean at first glance, but all of the toilets had standing water around the bases.

Very bad experience. Out of our 3 kids 2 threw up horribly after eating the macaroni. My husband went and told the manager that maybe he should change the macaroni. The manager started arguing with him, telling him foodborne illness doesn't start that quickly. My husband tried to tell him we knew that, but he wouldn't listen. After paying $75 for our whole family to eat, we got up and walked out without eating hardly anything, because he did absolutely nothing about it. We are from East TN and we always make it a point to stop here on our way home from visiting family in Indiana, which is usually once a month. My kids love this place, but I guess we will be finding somewhere else to go from now on.
Poor experience overall. The customer service was unpleasant & so was the food. This place has desperately went down hill. I recommend saving your money or going to Malibu Jack about 3 doors down or Main Event up the street.
The staff doesn't do a good job at communicating information related to the buffet changes during the week. And after reading other reviews, it seems as if our experience is a trend at this place.
Not to mention, we had a 1 year old injured after slipping on liquid in the common area. And just a heads up, you will be rushed out during the closing hour.
If I am being honest, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Entertainment options were great, eating areas were dirty, the floor was sticky, none of the cooks or line workers seemed to enjoy their job or was very welcoming.

This is a perfect place if you are looking for family fun. There are games and activities for kids through teens. The buffet and salad bar can be included in the price of the game card, or separate. There is a special deal for dinner and game play that is around $30.
Lockers are available for coats and other items you don't want to drag around.
There are classic arcade games, an indoor playground, small indoor rides, bumper cars, and plenty of games for big kids. Keep Gattitown in mind for your next outing.
The pizza is pretty good. Obviously it's not the best in town! But for the price you can get a family four pack and enjoy all you can eat pizza salad and you get game cards that give everybody a chance to enjoy themselves. We are happy that most of the games are working every time we they are.

I won a ball out of the claw machine for my kid because he wanted a "rainbow ball". When I left the lady at the cash register stopped us and said I had to turn the ball in for tickets. I asked her if he could just keep the ball because that's all he wanted. She said no and took the ball. Hard to explain something like that to a 2 year old.
We like the buffet, grandsons love the games.
Excellent
