I just moved into the area. How blessed am I that I can get a genuine pizza. There are several pizza places in the plaza but let be real. Get a authentic pie for a great price. I did try the BOGO on Mondays today and it did not work on the website. I went ahead and order their large one topping for 12.50. I would invite everyone to try this pizza just one time and taste for yourself. I also order two different subs but I have not tasted them yet.

Terrible experience. Waited in the drive thru so long I had to come inside. Was quoted 20 mins on a pizza and it ended up taking them over an hour. They were incredibly understaffed and they didn't seem to care.

Solid Giovanni's pie. Solid three. Only thing would have lifted this up...match up your pizza with the gold standard..one pound of pepperoni...like the other stores do. I understand shrinkflation...but don't skimp, reputation is everything.

The pizza is great when it's fresh! It is more oily than other places I order from, so the texture/taste isn't very good when heating up leftovers. The prices are average imo, but they always offer plenty of deals that make it more affordable.

I’ve ordered here many time’s and will continue to do so, but my last order left me a little confused. If this was a standard “party cut” I would have been fine, but when I got home this is what I got. Again, delicious as always but this is a little ridiculous.

Honestly, it was an okay pizza, a bit overpriced for the quality. Had a lot of specials posted, but nowhere says it just lunch special then got annoyed when I asked about it. 🤷♂️ would I be back? Of course not.

Spent alittle over $70 dollars for pizza for my kids birthday, went and picked it up and the boxes were super small, I was expecting the two 10 inches to be smaller but the 12 were no bigger than the 10s, wayyy overpriced for quantity, would like to get half my money back at least

I stopped on my home from the dr and went to the drive through because I am really sick and didn’t feel like getting out. I’ve never been to this restaurant location, but door dashed from them many times. I assumed when it said drive thru it was an option? Evidently not. The guy looked at me through the window as if saying “What do you want?” He finally came to the window and I asked if I could order here. He said no but he would go on and take my order. (As if doing me a favor? What’s the difference taking an order from the counter vs drive thru? There was no one inside?) He said it would be 10 min. That was fine. I got a pizza bread and it was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen or tasted. It was half heartedly made clearly. Hardly any sauce, not the extra cheese I ordered and practically falling apart. Being from the original birthplace of Giovanni’s it is very disheartening to see this place go so far downhill with quality AND customer service. We will stick with other local pizza places from now on.

Excellent service by the gentleman at the drive-thru pickup. He was very nice and courteous. I even tipped! Pizza was fine, although I wished the crust/dough tasted better.
