I’ve ordered here many time’s and will continue to do so, but my last order left me a little confused. If this was a standard “party cut” I would have been fine, but when I got home this is what I got. Again, delicious as always but this is a little ridiculous.

Honestly, it was an okay pizza, a bit overpriced for the quality. Had a lot of specials posted, but nowhere says it just lunch special then got annoyed when I asked about it. 🤷♂️ would I be back? Of course not.

Spent alittle over $70 dollars for pizza for my kids birthday, went and picked it up and the boxes were super small, I was expecting the two 10 inches to be smaller but the 12 were no bigger than the 10s, wayyy overpriced for quantity, would like to get half my money back at least

I stopped on my home from the dr and went to the drive through because I am really sick and didn’t feel like getting out. I’ve never been to this restaurant location, but door dashed from them many times. I assumed when it said drive thru it was an option? Evidently not. The guy looked at me through the window as if saying “What do you want?” He finally came to the window and I asked if I could order here. He said no but he would go on and take my order. (As if doing me a favor? What’s the difference taking an order from the counter vs drive thru? There was no one inside?) He said it would be 10 min. That was fine. I got a pizza bread and it was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen or tasted. It was half heartedly made clearly. Hardly any sauce, not the extra cheese I ordered and practically falling apart. Being from the original birthplace of Giovanni’s it is very disheartening to see this place go so far downhill with quality AND customer service. We will stick with other local pizza places from now on.

Excellent service by the gentleman at the drive-thru pickup. He was very nice and courteous. I even tipped! Pizza was fine, although I wished the crust/dough tasted better.

Ive tried to call and go into this store several this month. I can't ever find anyone working. I'm not sure they are even open for orders...

Delivery was ordered and jmmediately cancelled (less than one minute) due to some issues with dietary restrictions and limits on the uber eats menus. Store refused to authorize refund. This is in addition to horrible in person experience a few days ago. Definitely choose another location of an otherwise great pizza chain. Go to new circle road !

Y'all, this 19" pizza is HUGE! Regular crust (their description, not mine) is chewy and soft. Finely crumbled Italian sausage. Perfect amount of onions. I love eating these triangles and rectangles of delicious pizza. Maybe we should try another type of their very affordable pies. But I'm stuck on this for now. You gotta pick one of these up!!
