My husband loves the five ways, and I have been seeing advertisements for their chicken sandwich on Facebook, and everyone was saying how good it was. So I decided to try for my dinner tonight. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. There was hardly any sauce on the bun, and my bun looked like it was toasted, but it was a little burn on the top. The chicken pattie itself was overcooked and very small.I made a comment on facebook about trying the sandwich and Gold Star reply back that I was in for a treat. There was no treat for me, and I didn't finish the sandwich. I hope this was just a bad day and the sandwich is better than everyone else but as of right now you all don't get my vote and I don't know if I want to spend my money on trying again. My husband did enjoy his five way.

I love Gold Star so I may be prejudiced. I went in, they kindly took my order, it was ready for me to eat soon after. Waitress checked on me several times.

First time I've been to the Gold star tonight. Had the ranch chicken salad (ordered a half for 5 bucks+change and it was plenty) and cup of chili. Serve was awesome; wish I had gotten young man's name. He offered a taste test of the chili. Yum. Poured it on my salad?Can't wait to come back (just passing by on I-75) and eat inside! Very clean & great atmosphere ?️?
