Wasnt the service, service good, was just my taste buds, I personally did not like the flavor., plain hot dog was ok, except the bun hid the dog. Smelled great, I just didnt care for the taste.

We are coney dogs affecionadeos and can guarantee you that Gold Star coneys are the best between Arkansas and Kentucky. They are in the top 3 we have ever eaten. We will go back...again and again!!

I got there at 10:30 and they never had anything ready. So they turned us away. Your store opens at 10:00. It's a shame that you can't find someone that can get to work on time. So we have to pay for it......

This is the best chili place. I've always enjoyed this as a child. I can't give 5 stars although it's a 5 star but the staff is rude as hell and I can't give a 5 star due to that.

So far I’ve been sitting for 9 min, still waiting for our drinks, the food is always good, but their service is so slow, we left Malone’s, 20 minute wait, to come here because it was hopefully quicker...nope.

I came here for $1 coney customer appreciation day. It was dead and the store was obviously clean I honestly thought it was horrible. This was mine and my families first time eating here. We got the coneys and a 3 way. I literally took 2 bites just to be sure it wasn't me and it wasn't. It was disgusting and a wasted trip I can't believe I spent money on that.
Great service and food was up to the standards for the chain. I tried the ghost pepper cheese and that will do ya if you eat the whole plate with just it. I mixed some regular cheese with the hot and it was fine. 100 ghost pepper is probably too much for all but the fire eaters. Ask for a sample. I did and knew doing the whole dinner covered in it would have been... well bad as one might expect.

I tend only to leave reviews when I am greatly pleased or displeased, thankfully this is the former. The food here is what you expect from Gold Star, hot, plentiful, and tasty. What really shone through is the service. Every interaction with the staff here was finished with a polite "Yes sir." They frequently checked to see that my dining experience was a positive one and took steps to make it so. This was a fantastic lunch. I cannot speak for all GSC's but this one is well worth the time.

A supersized 4-way and two Coneys hit the spot. Rapid service; and the server was very polite. One of the cleanest Gold Star Chili's I've been in...bathroom was spotless.
