Goodwood Lexington

This was a really bad experience with the exception of Robin. Who was nice enough to come by and apologize for the food...the burger was so burnt and dry it felt like sandpaper...my husband's brisket was also dry and chewy... and when the waitress asked if I wanted to send it back and I said no, don't worry about it...because I'm not comfortable with sending food back (ive seen waiting)...she looked at me like I was being rude, then Robin came out and apologized for the food and had a good laugh with me and my husband. She was the only highlight...

Our server name was Jaszy. She was AWESOME!!! The young lady who seated us, the young ladies that brought our food out, they were all so sweet! The food was AMAZING!! Very pleasant experience. We were passing through OOT and definitely made the right choice stopping to eat here. HIGHLY recommend!!

The food was well prepared and served hot. In my party, we each ate fish...blacked catfish and the fried cod/fish and chips. The greens were different, but uniquely tasty.

They changed two of the best items on the menu... got rid of the goat cheese on the fried green tomatoes which was the best touch. Then completely got rid of the sweet potato beignets. Two majorly bad decisions

This was our first time at Goodwood and we had a great experience. The food was exceptional. All made better by our awesome server, Miranda. She was very attentive and made our experience more enjoyable. Would love to come back and hope to have her again.

Sat for 30 mins with no service. We were the only ones in the restraunt. If you’re an expensive restraunt and I’m going to pay in the ballpark of $20 for a burger I should at least have good service.

Such an amazing dining experience. Our phenomenal server, Sarah, was very helpful with information about certain menu items as well as quick with our water refills. Very good very nice.

Hoped to attend comedy show but comic cancelled last minute and no replacement. Complete refund no issue.
Interesting to learn building had been a Cinemax complex that has been repurposed and available observe distillery with choice outside and inside dining.

Food was terrible the waitress was good but the manager was ridiculous our steak salad was moldy and we ate three bites they wouldn’t take the meal off the ticket don’t spend money here I got the chicken sliders too that tasted like microwaved fried chicken all around gross

Not Good! Should be called Badwood. Seriously though the food tasted so cheap. Don’t waste your money here. Chicken sliders taste like they were made in the microwave and the steak salad was moldy! Wish I could give negative stars. (Nice waitresses though)

Food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is awesome. The best part of the place is the customer service specifically Miranda the bar tender. Very personable and knowledgeable on the menu and tap selection. Will return because of her.

On the 13th my wife and I went here for dinner and was told we could sit anywhere. We decided to go to the outside patio. The table we chose was not for some reason not to the waitresses liking and deciding to make up sit at a smaller table. This action made us feel very uncomfortable and the couple that just so happened to be sitting at a table exactly like the one we chose to sit at on the first place. When I asked the waitress how come we have to love she rudely told us “it’s because these tables are for bigger parties only” as my wife and I were very confused because nobody else was outside but one other couple. The customers next to that table which just so happened to be the exact same table. Volunteered to leave early so we could have there seats since the waitress made it seem like it was a big deal for us to sit at a similar table. At first I wasn’t trying to make a big ordeal about the situation but the more I thought about it the more I felt as if we were along the lines of being racially profiled. At this point my wife and I wasn’t even interested in ordering food so we decided to leave having we ordered drinks but barely touched them the waitress still charged us $8 for 2 drinks and proceeded to be highly rude when we decided to not get anything. We use to brag about how great our first experience was here but after this 2nd experience i am very disappointed how we were treated. Only thing 5stars was the greeter.
