Worker was rude, bad service, we had to wait a long time and there was no one in line. I asked for the promotional coloring sheet and she gave it to me but refused to give me a pen for it, when my friend had gotten one the previous day. She redirected me to Kroger for a pen (first she said Publix which we don't even have one). What a liar, trying to get us out of the store. She gave us like half a kids scoop and it the regular price of a regular scoop. She glared at us when we went inside to throw out our trash, very unwelcoming. This store has lost a very valuable customer.

Calling all Icecream entrepreneurs! If you haven't tried Graeter's, then you are missing out on the best icecream in town. Every month, Graeter's releases a seasonal flavor of the month. JUNE JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE BANANA CHOCLATE CHIP! This is so delicious coupled with a scoop of peach and Oregon Strawberry! Now, all three scoops on a waffle cone is the taste of summer! Anyone who knows me knows Graeters is my go to icecream place. If I am happy, sad, feeling blue or glad, there's always time for a pick me up with a trip to Graeter's. If you ask me where I want to eat, I'll tell you Graeter's. I would rather spend my calories on Graeters icecream than eat regular food. In fact, when I sent my oldest son a picture of my Triple scoop waffle cone with 2 seasonal flavors ( Banana Chocolate chip centered with a scoop of strawberry chocolate chip) he called me just to ask, "Why do I feel like u r always eating icecream and that's your main source of food?" I couldn't deny it, so I just owned it smilingly and said, "That's because I am, and it is!"
If you haven't been to Graeter's, you're missing out on a special treat. The icecream is made in 2½ gallon French duvet stainless steel pots. The chocolate is hand poured into the icecream therefore no 2 pints are the same. And yes, they have a cute huggie available for sale that fits your individual pint of icecream! I own 2, actually. One for work and one for home! ?
I just so happened to celebrate the new flavor of the month( it is my 2nd favorite after Black Cherry Chocolate Chip) with my good friend. She doesn't care much for Banana's so she elected on a waffle cone with cookies and cream topped with Raspberry Sorbet.
So don't be shy, invite a friend or go alone but make an excuse to run to Graeter's for your icecream craving! Besides the time the store opens, what are you waiting for?

Stopped in for some ice cream after eating at bourbon and Toulouse. It was phenomenal! We had the midnight snack ice cream which was chocolate covered pretzels, brownie, and chocolate peanut butter cups in a creamy milky ice cream flavor. Delicious!!!

Their ice cream is uniquely made in small batches using French pots, and you can definitely taste the difference: the ice cream is richer and creamier than your average scoop.This chain has an incredible history, with it being founded by a couple in 1870 and brought to prominence by the matriarch of the Graeter’s family. This was all, of course, during a time when women rarely owned businesses, and she was highly scrutinized for her efforts. She kept going despite the backlash, and I applaud her!The business thrived under her expertise, and I am so glad it did! Their ice cream is luscious and refreshing, and they have SO many flavours!My favourite is their blue Cotton Candy ice cream; it is not overly sweet, so I can easily finish a double scoop helping in a cup. My fiancé likes to get their “1870 Tower”, which celebrates the year the company was founded. It consists of Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, chocolate bundt cake, hot fudge, fresh whipped cream, pecans and a cherry. If that creation doesn’t sound like heaven on earth, I don’t know what does!The staff are friendly and the service is prompt. The ice cream parlour is charmingly decorated in that classic Graeter’s style, with French accents in the furnishings. I definitely recommend this Graeter’s location for delicious, consistent ice cream!

Graeter's Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream is one of the best, highest quality deserts that I've enjoyed in my lifetime. To truly enjoy the flavors and textures, I highly recommend getting it in a cup instead of a cone. If you decide on a handheld, go with a simple sugar cone so that it competes as little as possible with the treat. Highly recommended!
