I recently had the pleasure of visiting Graeter’s, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Adam. From the moment I walked in, Adam’s presence was immediately uplifting. His genuine warmth and enthusiasm set a positive tone for my entire visit. It’s not often that a simple trip for ice cream can turn into a memorable experience, but Adam’s infectious laughter and caring nature made that happen.

One particular moment that stood out...

All the hype is real. This is the best ice cream! Service from Adam and the other young man (forgot his name) was great. I had the coconut chip and mint chip. Strawberry taster also which was amazing.
