Great experience. Moved reservation back 15 minutes so we wouldn't be rushed at the upstairs bar. Food was excellent and the server was very personable and gave great recommendations. Great for a special night out

First time there!! Great vibe. Food all locally sourced. Seafood is shipped in. The seafood is shipped in. 3 days a week so it's pretty fresh!

10/10 recommend! Our waiter went above and beyond — she gave us champagne to celebrate our wedding night and took the time to walk us through the whole menu since it was our first visit. Everything we ordered was incredible. Such a memorable experience! We will be attending again.

Generally a good experience. Staff was friendly and the decor/ambience is great. Our server was nice but disappeared for long stretches. My wife's cocktail was exceptional but my mocktail was just OK. Food wise, we got the pork belly appetizer, which was generally good. My wife got the trout dish. The fish was forgettable but the succotash was delicious. I got the corvina whish was very good all around. Dessert was the pecan/coconut dish, which was generally good but we both felt needed something extra in terms of a sauce or favor.

Great experience and Logan did an exceptional job taking care of our table of 4. Thank you!!

They made my birthday beyond special. This was some of the best food I've had, especially in Lexington.

Our food was great and Brennan was a great waiter! My favorite dish we tried was the grilled oysters. They also gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Lovely dining room, I can't complain about a thing.

This was our second time at the granddam and it did not disappoint. I had the Lamb Wellington last August, so came back to see what the seasonal menu was like, and had the Venison Wellington this time around and it just blew me away. These are some of the best meals I've had, regardless of whether in the states or traveling abroad.

We were very impressed with the quality of food, speed and pleasantness of service, and the decor/cleanliness of the dining room. We were there for brunch and had a great time. We went to ~7-8 restaurants in Lexington and this was one of the overall the best experience. The coffee was also delicious.

First time eating dinner hear! Celebrating my neighbors birthday 72. Franchesxa was a platinum star !! She was filled with spirit and bubbly entire eve. Sang happy bday and all. Enjoyed our eve and the chat about playing polo and importance of scotch options was quite fun as well !! Thanks team :))

I've been several times for dinner., always on the list when I come to town. This time was for brunch. I'd say overall the food was good. Some highs and lows. The crab cake wasn't great. Mushy and lots of filler. We couldn't really tell that it was crab. For the price I wouldn't get it again. Biscuits, frittata and fruit were great. Tye bacon on the egg dish, need to be upgraded for this level of food. Thin and fatty. Drinks and capacious wet good. I hope the disappointment s were one offs. But may skip brunch and stick to dinner.

The restaurant and bar are quite stylish and have great menus, but the atmosphere and service lately have been entirely disappointing. Off-duty staff hang around in casual street clothes and backpacks, use loud and crass language, and receive several free drinks from bar staff. You have to beg for attention from the staff, and even then, they still act like you’re bothering them while they socialize with other staff. For a place that presents itself as upscale, it no longer matches the environment and service expectations it aligns itself with.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time, but the recent trend is that it’s losing its appeal. I’m considering not coming back unless I hear that the service levels have improved.

First time coming lunch here and loved it! Excellent menu and everything is so tasty. Got pimento cheese and labna appetizer that was very large and more to split for 4 people probably. Chili sorghum salad is delicious but has some heat to it so if don't like spicy food don't get it. And tri tip sandwich is very tender and delicious with the mustard chimichurri. Great place for elevated food and drinks. The coconut lime drink it out of this world tasty. I could drink a gallon of that everyday! Service was great and very nice dining area. Highly recommend!

The food was okay, at the prices they charge I expected a little better/more for the money. The decor is nice and they tried making this new hotel look old to fit the area it's in. I'm not a fan of restaurants that serve sides family style, it's a rip off and a sign of a lazy kitchen, pair the sides with the meal, that's what we are paying for at a restaurant. I wanted to like it more than I did but just wasn't impressed.
