Great American Cookies

The cookies here are so good but they've gotta start being honest about what they do and do not have in stock.

If I place an order for 24 chocolate chip cookies, I want 24. If you can see the picture, I did not get the correct order. If you don't have the correct number, make more (unless it's close to closing but I avoid that anyway) or tell me and I'll cancel the order. Giving me 9/24 cookies that weren’t what I ordered and then blaming it on the DoorDash person who didn’t even get the order together is ridiculous!

Always fresh and good. Staff is nice too. A go to place for us on a Mall trip. I do wish they had a gluten free option.

Paid $30 for these cookies and was expecting something more:(

In Fayette Mall Lexington. I went to get cookies with my family. I was shocked on how little there was. Most were empty. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had peanut butter cookies she said no but at the same time I'm watching the guy in the back loading up a rack with lots of different cookies not in the show case. So we made a selection from what little that was there. The girl was asked for one Doosie chocolate chip. She went and boxed up a M&M Doosie. My wife said went want a regular chocolate chip Doosie. So she went back to the case and slung the M&M doozie back in the case hitting the front glass with it. Picking up a regular chocolate chip cookie put in the back not a doozie. So when we told her that's not what we want. We want a regular chocolate chip doozie. She stormed off like it was a burden to make it. At that point we were upset by the actions of their employee. We never said a word but another girl saw this and took over cashing us out. Not please in the customer service.

This is the best place! Cookies are so good! Always fresh and the best flavor!! I love going here and so do my kids!! The cookie cakes are amazing as well!!! I have added some pictures so people can order theirs today!!!

My son LOVES your cookies. We always get him gift certificates and they literally never work to pay for cookies! Super frustrating!
