It don't matter what time of day it is the chicken is always hard and taste like it been sitting for a few days. Both location the one on Georgetown St and saron drive suck.

I was disappointed two times this week

I’ve given this place two chances, and each visit was a disappointment. The first time, they forgot part of my order, so I ended up missing items I paid for. The second time, the food made me sick, leaving me with an awful stomach bug. With this kind of inconsistency and health concerns, I can’t recommend eating here.

I don't even know where to start! I've been eating here for a while now and tonight did it for me! I had a conversation with the manager of the restaurant about my order but things went south very fast. All I'll sat is this young man was very disrespectful, he didn't even try to understand where I was coming from! He needs to go to a few customer service classes to get a true understanding of how to treat a customer! He continued to over talk me tell me he's a man like iam,tell me what I can't say lol wow! A business isn't a business without the customers, I don't care if you think it's ok or not! I will not be going back and I will definitely not recommend it to my family or friends. Honestly all he had to do was offer to give me another onion ring,I would have been happy. The conversation went south because he didn't know how to handle what I was saying. I actually hung up on him because he was still running his mouth! NOT COOL AT ALL!

Service is awful if you walk in you won’t even be noticed by a young mexican girl and a older spanish lady has to come try to give out uber orders. Mexican girl will literally stand there taking 3+ orders at the speaker 2 feet in front of you and not in acknowledge you. Never would eat here unless service is at least friendly

I'm not a big fan of the oil they use and their sides portions are small but great atmosphere and service. Definitely recommend going that way you can form your own opinion. Definitely better than KFC. Maybe next time I'll try a sandwich instead.

Came in this afternoon after years of waiting to try their food. Super friendly staff and great chicken. The greens were cooked perfectly and also enjoyed the cornbread!

Prices keep rising and portions keep shrinking. Pick a struggle

Food is always fresh and good. Our go to children ken place in Lexington try all of their sides and also the pink lemonade Arnold palmer.

Parking: Parking across from the business and drive thru enters from the back and you get your food and pay on the passenger side of the vehicle.

The Grimes on Georgetown rd have the best Spicey chicken sandwiches. The one on Saron dr is horrible. You're basically just eating a skin.

Wish they were a little faster but that's the sacrifice you make when getting freshly made food!! Always good! And don't worry about the drive-thru being on the passenger side. They make it easy to pay and retrieve your food!!
