I placed my ordered online and my husband picked it up. Completely wrong!! I asked for extra tomatoes and extra lettuce, no mayo and lemonade. Instead, they gave me hi-c orange and my burger had mayo without lettuce and tomatoes. I attempted 4 times to call the store, and I was unable to reach someone. I am disgusted by this burger. Why is it so hard to pay attention to what a customer requests? Why is it so hard to take an extra 2 seconds to read every line item in an order?? This is my first time ordering anything from Hardee's. Very disappointing!

Parking lot a mess. Asphalt torn up and potholes. Is hard to drive around and a trip hazard to anyone walking. Trash and debris everywhere. Menu board was not working and looked like a milkshake tossed on it. Food and staff good.

The person who gave me my food has been there and is always wonderful! The person who took my order seemed to mumble and was not happy when I asked for them to repeat. But the food was great and the lady at the window was, as always, wonderful!

I remember coming here back before this place blew up with publicity. I see A TON of people in the drive thrus in the morning when this place had like no one. This was way before Carl's Jr. and Hardee's sort of merged their menus. They had some good coupons in the mail and also had email surveys one could complete to get BOGO on any type of sandwich. Of course, this all went away when they started asking people to use their app. Not really the best app and no good deals on it either.I decided to drive over today at 5 a.m. because Google lists their open time on Sundays as this and they are closed. This location has weird hours. I have also tried visiting this place in the evenings as they used to be open 24/7 prior to the pandemic. Now I think they close at like 8 p.m. Very odd. Please change the hours if it is not going to be open. Thanks.

Ordered online and they always say they don’t see it when I can see it right on my phone and it’s been paid for. it’s always the same rude lady on the speaker saying she can’t give me anything unless she sees the ticket on her end, even though I had the email and text receipt on my phone. She said it doesn’t matter she can’t help me. The lights were all off like the restaurant was closed but it wasn’t since it was only 6:40pm on a Friday. At this point just shut the restaurant down or rehire all new employees because it always the same experience employees just don’t want to work

The food was good like Hardee's breakfast always is. However the girl that waited on me was more concerned with talking to a gentleman off tobthe side then she was bagging my food and giving it to me. The guy running the drive thru window had to coke and get my food ready. As I said he was running drive thru and obviously the inside counter too. If wasn't for him I might not have gotten my breakfast until lunch.
