What a wonderful experience! The Cider Days Dinner was perfectly paired with Wisebird Cider offerings and a menu that was flavorful and thoughtfully crafted by Chef Karl Lowe. The pork belly bao buns were an absolute standout — soft, savory, and bursting with flavor — and the flaky maple tart was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. The Wisebird Ciders were a delight, especially Sweet Potato Pie, an exclusive release by Honeywood, and the Barrel Aged Cider Series: Amberana....
We went to Honeywood on this occasion specifically for the cider dinner. It did not disappoint. The bao appetizer was awesome and the rest of the food was equally good. Highly enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy Wise Bird ciders with Honeywood's special food menu. I hope they consider adding some of the ciders and/or the cider cocktails to their regular menu. Will definitely keep an eye out for this event next year! And I highly recommend Honeywood beyond the special events.
