Have loved the original Hooters bone in breaded wings for years. This last visit was a huge disappointment as they must have gotten rid of 60% of the menu items including a lot of the wing sauces. This is NOT they way to retain Customers when you are trying to turn things around!!

Place was empty on a sunday during football season. At least 5 servers. I was seated and NEVER acknowledged. The manager was on the floor. Just a guess this is the new way hooters does business.

Pretty good although the sauces are watered down vs the ones elsewhere for some reason hot and 3 mile was both clearer then normal. But service was definitely above what u typically get at hooters

Great spot. Mostly working men that day around 3. The server was fantastic. Atmosphere is home like as the dining area is small and you're able to see the entire space minus the outdoor seating. I had the twisted Texas burger - I think that's what it was called.
They were out of a couple items this day, but Idk if this is their norm. :)
Casual spot to dine, but I'm not sure when the busy times are, which would make it a little more exciting.
Gabby is a total sweetheart. Made the visit soooooo much more pleasant!!! Thank you. Manager Gian was awesome too. Will definitely be back.

I took my son out for some wings and was taken back when I got the bill. He had gotten a kids meal and was asked what side he wanted and was not told it was additional $8 for a side salad. They charge for ranch which is a bit odd since you typically get ranch or blue cheese with wings.
Our waiter was nice but also very quiet and hard to hear.
I was also asked what side I wanted and was not told fries were an additional $5.
I also had my one year old with me and we were never asked if we wanted a high chair (fine I guess but inconvenient) so I took my wings to go since I had my baby in my lap the entire time.
Had we known that it was going to cost almost $50 for a total of 15 wings and two ranch with undercooked curly fries we would've gone somewhere else like sushi.

Nothing personal but the vibe here is ruined for me. Despite your apology I will still not be returning to this location in the future.
*original* Really unpleasant atmosphere from bar tender today (5-11-25 evening). I really love the food but half the point of coming here is to have a pretty girl be nice to me for just a few minutes. Maybe she's unhappy with her life and treating me as an inconvenience helps her get through her day. I'll never know though as I don't intend to subject myself to this again. So long Hooters, I really did love your food.
