This place was very interesting and cool looking with the murals on the wall. They have a good selection of beer to choose from. Just a heads up service can be a little slow if you're in a hurry. Me and my group got poutine as a shared dish and it was pretty good! Love drunk food and carbs will help if you're drinking. Not that I'm telling you to go drink lol. The tacos I got were the tilapia and chicken. Overall I thought they were just okay, nothing spectacular.. the burgers looked pretty filling though. This would be the spot if you're looking for a place to chill with a beer or two. Now I sound like an alcoholic, but hey if a restaurant has a bar, then what's the point am I right? I'm kidding. The food does take a while to come out.

The food was largely just okay, the beer selection (though a lot of beers) are mostly pop-culture beers with little quality available. At least it's mostly inexpensive. The vegetarian burgers (and vegan) options are okay, taste awfully like eating bread between bread.

My family use to be regulars at Hopcat. But with some of us moving we just have been lately. My son and I went in 2nd week March,2020. Food was as great. Kinda of silly they changed the name of the Crack Fries but they tasted as good as ever. Side of cheese sauce was also delicious. We got the lunch special double patty cheese burger and it came out hot and cook perfect. So if you haven't been the HopCat in a while.... all I can say is go back! It's as good as it ever was.

In my opinion, the most underrated place to eat and have a great time! Wide variety of bar food options and so many fun activities planned throughout week! Never had anything I disliked and are timely with great service

I have eaten at HopCat’s a number of times in the past and have always had a great experience. Today, we had a birthday lunch and party for my nephew’s 35th this afternoon. We were a group of 20-25. They provided their usual excellent service & great food for our large and slightly unruly group. The waitstaff was on point at all times and the food was brought out served timely. Thanks HopCat for an excellent time.

Stopped in to pregame before a concert at Rupp Arena. Beer section is outstanding and I found a couple of new local beers that were excellent. It was busy but we got seats at the bar. Most of the staff was attentive but some seems overwhelmed. Food was good but not great but then you go there for the beer, right? We'll be back for sure!

We ordered over 5 different beers and they didn't have them. What the heck? Once I found one they had in stock, it was good. But running out of even Bud Light? Come on.

Had very good burger and great prices. To add an extra patty is a dollar. Burger was great and enjoyed it a lot. Had amazing pretzel bites that were hot and made well. Service was a little shaky by not giving us utensils or napkins. Also forgot to bring pretzel bites out until we reminded them twenty-five minutes later. Nice people though. Enjoyed it.

Long wait for food...missed part of my conference waiting for my lunch. Asked to speak to the manager who was uninterested in fixing our situation. No apologies, just excuses. Sorry, skip this one.

Busy night before a concert but our waiter was still friendly and kept up with us. We had burgers and the chicken, all were great!

The place was kinda dead on a Friday night, should have told me something. The food was not good. Soup was terrible, fries were cold. Ordered a beer that I didn't get until the meal was over! Waitress was terrible. I wouldn't go back for free.
