“I’m not usually a complainer, but it’s been a while since I’ve been here, did I miss where they were cutting the size of their patty’s in half?!? Usually a little burger(one patty) is plenty, but today it wasn’t any bigger than a McD’s patty. Definitely not worth the price, today. Hope this was a fluke. 🤨“

“Sam's downtown is more than a hot dog stand. Way more. It's a Cheers of sorts. It's an easy place to just stop by and fill your tummy, or feel welcomed. It's even an artsy place! They welcome you in, take your order and share a smile or two. All sorts of customers frequent Sam's downtown. From those who live in the hood to those who work in the Suits buildings ;). They even have turkey dogs! Plus they are a COKE place ;). A trip to Sam's downtown is always a good way to start your day/afternoon.“

“I am the owner and it took me a minute to figure out what you were talking about. The incident you are speaking of is not true. You weren’t a customer. You were with that group that got upset and ask you not to take up all of my customer parking, then got mad and threw a dirty diaper out in my parking lot. You are more than welcome to message me or come in and I can show you the video. I would love to invite you for a free meal, we can watch the video and remedy this situation.“

“I just want to thank your establishment for serving me as a walk thru.... I know it's not what you do and not normal. We needed to eat and been on the road but with no restaurants open to sit and eat (covid19) you served us anyway so a big thank you. My belly is full and on our way back home to Canada! Thank you ladies!!! Food was fresh and hot.“
