Drive thru speaker doesn't always work or staff doesn't respond to it but ordered at the window and it was yum.

I eat here often as there are limited options in the area. Food is usually good, the issue is the service.

They have a drive thru but it seems to be completely random whether or not that’s an option on a given day. They might use the speaker, they might acknowledge you if you pull up to the window, you might just have to go in. Just depends on the day. Very frustrating.

Overall, I can’t wait for there to be some other options in the area so I can avoid this place.

I travel for work and always try to eat at places that make fresh burrito bowls (chipotle qdoba etc) and the food at this hotheads was AMAZING. The service was good and the place was clean. I don’t make it to Lexington often but I’ll tell you this much I can’t wait til next time because I know what I’m having for lunch!

Discovered this place ironically after I yelled at a trucker being a jerk on the road. Was not disappointed and they gave my daughter a free cookie 🥹

Ice cold mobile order. If you're ordering in the app, it will give a pickup time. I stopped by 7 minutes before the pickup time to already cold food. I would not ever trust this estimate.

Fresh fast and good. Plus they have “recipe” ideas for your taste! The guac is fresh, the queso is good, the chips are crunchy, and they make the Avacado lime cream in house!
