first off they could start by getting rid of the COCK ROACHES. and the rest of the bugs that floated in our drinks. service was bad, food was cold and it's terribly over priced considering the COCK ROACHES and the food quality. I would not eat here again if it was the last place on earth. I would eat 5he flesh off a diseased infected dead persons body. JUST 🤢🤮
went to eat at this location today with my husband and 2 of our children. Started off with a 35 minute wait even though over half the dining room was empty, we were patient and didn't worry about that, our waitress, Karlie H. made us all feel unwelcome, everything we ordered she made sure to say "that is going to cost ...." as if we didn't have money to pay, my 14 year old asked for a refill on his mango lemonade and she responded "they don't have free refills if you can't afford...read full review
We waited 15 minutes for someone to come up to us and seat us. They never did. They did stare at us tho, dumbfounded as to what they needed to do. But still didn’t get a table. Walked out. Won’t be back.

IHOP is a restaurant with a clean and inviting atmosphere, where the staff is generally friendly and attentive. The service has been praised, especially by customers who mention that the waitress, Dee, is sweet, attentive, and a multitasker. However, some guests have noted that the older hostess with bangs was rude and unwelcoming. The food remains a mixed experience. Some customers enjoy their meals, particularly the classic French toast and pancakes, while others have faced issues with inconsistent portions and incorrect orders. One reviewer highlighted the large size of the French toast, which comes with a scoop of butter and powdered sugar. The restaurant no longer charges for drink refills, which has been a positive change. Despite some service challenges, customers appreciate the efforts of the staff and look forward to returning, noting that the location could improve its food quality and consistency to enhance the overall experience.
