We came to eat with my mom and my little brother. To start the entrance was very dirty like a place abandoned. My mom asked me if I wanted to eat there because it was very dirty and I said yes and we went inside and on the floor there was a cockroach, the place is very dirty, we decided to order and to our surprise in the food that my mom was eating there was a worm. This place is very dirty. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Shower than slow ever thought about. Place a to go order, get there 15 minutes later after 20 more minutes wait. CANCEL THIS CRAP
I could have easily, walked back into the kitchen, when I arrived. Had the order cooked packaged and out the door, : Quicker.

Skip it. Find another place. Slow, food is average at best. Charged $3.65 for two extra pieces of toast. Eggs and bacon not made to order twice. No sausage patties, only links. Pancakes over cooked and hard. Much better breakfast choices in the area.

IHOP is always good, but the prices are getting crazy. For my son and I it was 50.00 for two people. Plus, I left a 10.00 tip because our waiter was really professional and nice. I had the classic French toast, and I wondered why they only offer 2 pieces. Most places offer 4 pieces, then the French toast showed up, and I understood. The bread was huge, like Texas toast but bigger with a big scoop of butter and sprinkled powdered sugar. Yummy! I ordered a side of bacon (2 pieces)and hashbrowns, with a diet Mt. Dew and everything was great! My son had pancakes (4)with whipped topping and hashbrowns and bacon (4 pieces) and was very happy with his meal! One thing I will brag about IHOP is that they no longer charge for refills like the last time we were at IHOP. I look forward to visiting again sometime in the future!

My wife and I stopped in at the location just off Nicholasville Road. The hostess seated us and the table we were placed at was uneven and wobbled the whole time we were there. The pancakes we ordered were tough and seemed to have been cooked earlier in the morning. The butter placed on top would not even melt. The ham and chesses omelet my wife ordered seemed to be precooked as well. The entire experience was a disaster. Later, we discovered we had been charged twice for the meal. Would not recommend this IHOP under any circumstances.

If I had the option I'd give a 0 star. Waited at this restaurant 35 minutes, there were at least 12 to 15 or more people waiting as well, just to be seated. There was no one working the floor. I saw at least 8 tables that had not been bused after customers had left. Floors not clean. The rating was 94( should be 97 or higher). My recommendation is close it down, fire the manager or something. This is just plain uncalled for in a business model. Stay away folks IMO!

We ordered at 1:50 PM on Christmas Day through DoorDash delivery. This iHop location cancelled our order 2.5 hours later. The staff completely wasted our time and the DoorDashers time by cancelling our order after 2.5 hours of waiting. Will never use this location again and suggest no one rely on them for Christmas dinner. There was no explanation on why it was cancelled. Just a notice after waiting for 2.5 hours.
