We ordered at 1:50 PM on Christmas Day through DoorDash delivery. This iHop location cancelled our order 2.5 hours later. The staff completely wasted our time and the DoorDashers time by cancelling our order after 2.5 hours of waiting. Will never use this location again and suggest no one rely on them for Christmas dinner. There was no explanation on why it was cancelled. Just a notice after waiting for 2.5 hours.

I have been sitting at this store for more than an hour, and our food looks to be nowhere in sight. They have brought one person, in our group their food, and the service is total garbage. If there was a line of negative stars, I'd give them all the negative ones. Get it together guys!

We waited an hour-n-half for food. My order came out wrong and cold. They offered to remake, but I did not have another hour or more to sit there and did not want to. My husband ordered a burger, and after taking a few bites, he realized that it was burnt. We asked to speak with a manager. We asked the manager if he would eat the food that we were served, and he said no. We were told they had a new cook. No, they need a new cook! The iced tea you could see through. They took mine off the bill. My husband did not finish his, but he was charged. The manager offered us a card for a free meal, but we declined because we NEVER intend to return. They should have taken everything off the bill and let us walk. We paid and left having to find food. We went down a block to Taziki's where we knew we would get good food in a short amount of time. We will never return to this location. We do NOT recommend!!!

Yes, that bad! Furthermore, they should fire everyone, close temporarily, re-hire and start over. Otherwise, this location may go under. We warned the next (3) couples coming in the door, they returned to their cars and went elsewhere.
Wish we had done the same, gone anywhere but here. Horrible food, service and management!

Upon entering there were 4 people in line in front of us. Not once did any employees greet us. We waited for 30 minutes and decided to leave. They did come over to give the doordashers their orders though. Again we were never even greeted. Will never go back!!!

The waitress was adorable. The food was mediocre at best. But there's a not pleasant smell that has been there the last few times I've come here. Time to pick somewhere else.

I had a pick up order and waited about an hour for my food. They had one server working and it was her second day. The management needs to reevaluate how they run this location cause you cannot have a server who isn't experienced working by themselves. My food was lukewarm by the time I got it. Part of my order was incorrect. I ordered New York cheesecake pancakes and got regular pancakes. Eggs were overcooked and biscuits were dry.

I absolutely love ihop but this one is the worse I have ever been to. We were seated right away as it was very early. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to substitute my eggs for more hashbrown or something else. (I've never had this problem at any other ihop) I just accepted the fact and moved on. (Plus the portion size of the hashbrowns was half the size that they normally are at other ihops) Later I went to use the restroom and a male kitchen worker walked out of the women's bathroom just as I walked in. As soon as I walked in the bathroom the smell in there almost made me throw up. It smelled of raw sewage. I held my breath and got out as fast as I could. The smell was so horrible that I wasn't even able to finish my meal. Even at this point the horrible experience wasn't over. A manager and an employee were going over scheduling at the host counter arguing loudly. Then once our server brought us our check he disappeared in to the kitchen automatically assuming we were using the app to pay. It was just all around a horrible experience!
