Went to IHOP today because a buddy had wanted a burger and it was a little early (9a) for other places. Got seated quickly, the Lead server helped us. Got our drinks quickly and ordered soon after.... and then..... The order took about 20 mins with the server advising us of the delays which was fine. Was advised the burrito that I ordered and the burger my buddy ordered were taking a little lo/nger. Than the burrito needed to be remade because of the time it took to cook the burger, than I advised to bring my buddies burger because he had not eaten, came out wrong which we sent back. Than about 15 mins went by and our food came out except my hashbrowns were delayed. When I looked at my plate my burrito had a glistening of liquid/butter. To the point that when I picked it up both of my hands were covered in butter to which I went to the bathroom to wash my hands x2 to get the smell and oil off my hands. I sat my other half on 3 napkins that it soaked thru. I could not eat any more of it...... than my hashbrowns arrived 50 mins into our trip. By this time my stomach could not do it. My buddies burger was decent but not more or less. I advised the server of the oil and he apologized advising of newer and older staff cooks. I left the rest of my food and my buddy finished his burger, got our check with the server advised of a discount. The discount was they charged us for 2 of each platter and than said they reduced the bill by 50 percent. If you math the way I math they double charged us and reduced it to what it should have been. Just kinda a weird thing. We were shocked because we paid just under $25 for the 2 meals, took over an hour and I literally ate 3 bites of my food and my buddy had a burger and fries. I do understand about it taking time and never much in a hurry but when the food is bad, the food is slow getting to the table and inedible after being sent back. The ticket showed the food being taken back but was not credited, was charged for it but the discount showed us paying what the price would have been, which I understand but gosh just a lot......... Please read my other reviews, I'm not someone who blasts places but this was very underwhelming.
My advise, watch your order , watch your ticket and say something Hope your experience is better than ours.

I came in and ordered one Breakfast Platter to go. They told me about 10 minutes. I got my food over 45 minutes later. Only four tables had customers so it's not like they were busy. Multiple other customers came in after me and had very long wait times before anyone even came to the front desk. Half of the unoccupied tables were filthy. I can understand stuff like that happening during a rush but this was beyond ridiculous.

Well bad reviews seem to be the thing for this ihop. Egg shells in the eggs,cold eggs and bacon.. My service was the best..She has the best customer service. I just know she was from Virginia. Thank you for your service

Man, I gotta say, the service at this location is top notch! I eat here pretty often, and usually get the same server, Donnie, in the early morning. He is so pleasant, helpful, and those mornings you just need to chat, he’s there for it. I know you don’t hear the good stuff often, so I had to share!

Floors were slippery from grease. Service was extremely slow to the point we had to go find the staff to get drinks after waiting at the table for 20 minutes. Bathrooms smelled horrible with trash all over the floor.

Walked in on a Sunday. No one hosting, no servers. Waited 5 minutes for someone to seat me before I walked out.
