My review has increased by 1 star since my last previous one. The service is considerably faster than it used to be with take out orders. I would recommend mentioning to your staff that when they go into the kitchen and make rude, sarcastic rematks about the customers to their coworkers, those comments can be heard throughout the entire lobby and dining areas.

Showed up and was waiting to be checked in, 3 different parties have been waiting with us, mang employees walked up or walked by and never said a word to us. No we will be there in a sec or explain whats taking so long. Food was good but wait was too long

First my bacon was not cooked properly then when I went to eat my pancakes there was a black hair on them and when I told the waiter and asked if I could just pay for the bacon and 2 scrambled eggs I had eaten he comes back and let's me know they gave me $2.00 off my ticket, I paid $30 for a crappy burger for my son and 2 scrambled egss!! Never again, no wonder the restaurant was empty. That's not how you handle the situation, I would have take breakfast meal off the ticket and only made the burger meal be paid for! Smh

What can you say about a $6 cheese omelette with pancakes which were quite good accept that I also paid $3.49 for coffee.

It took forever to get are food and when we drinker all are beverage it took them 30 minutes just for them to ask if we needed another one the French toast was soggy when then gave it to me they decided it was better to stand around then to actually do there job. This is one of the worse experience we have ever had

Waited 20 minutes just to be greeted when I finally got my food there was a cockroach inside my omelette I will not be back here the manager told me that it’s fine they can remake it I will be calling health inspectors DO NOT EAT

Came in and told a 10 min wait even though the store was half empty. Many people ahead of us waiting. Supposedly only 1 waitress but counted atleast 3 just wondering around. Waited over 10mins and only sat 1 couple. POUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY POURLY RAN STORE. DO BETTER!
