My review has increased by 1 star since my last previous one. The service is considerably faster than it used to be with take out orders. I would recommend mentioning to your staff that when they go into the kitchen and make rude, sarcastic rematks about the customers to their coworkers, those comments can be heard throughout the entire lobby and dining areas.

Food prices continue to go up, but customer experience is going down and IHOP is no exception. We paid more than $50 for a modest breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids that was very average in taste and imo worth about $30. Attentiveness of our waiter was the only better than average part of my experience.

A bit short- staffed right after open, but pleasantly determined to do their best. We ordered the steak omlette with extra ham on the side. It came with pancakes. We ordered the 'split decision' breakfast that eggs, French toast, sausage, bacon and pancakes. Coffee and two glasses of milk came to about $15 each person. It was all cooked to our specification and well.

Parking: Pretty big lot.
