I've only been to this IHOP once. While I was there, I enjoyed their chicken and waffles. There seemed to be only one server waiting tables, yet, that seemed to be enough for the small crowd. The building was clean, seemingly well maintained, and not outdated.

My review has increased by 1 star since my last previous one. The service is considerably faster than it used to be with take out orders. I would recommend mentioning to your staff that when they go into the kitchen and make rude, sarcastic rematks about the customers to their coworkers, those comments can be heard throughout the entire lobby and dining areas.

Food prices continue to go up, but customer experience is going down and IHOP is no exception. We paid more than $50 for a modest breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids that was very average in taste and imo worth about $30. Attentiveness of our waiter was the only better than average part of my experience.
