I ordered ahead through the Insomnia app expecting my cookies to be ready when I arrived. Instead, the two employees just stood around awkwardly and didn’t even start boxing up my order until after I had walked in and told them about it.
Then, after I’d already been waiting, they told me they didn’t have the Salted Caramel cookie and that it would take an extra 15 minutes — with no apology and no effort to offer a solution. The attitude from both the male and female staff working the night shift was demeaning and dismissive. It was clear they didn’t want to be there or make the cookies, even though that’s part of the job.
Both employees definitely need more training, especially in customer service. I guarantee not every customer is treated this way, but this experience left a bad taste. It felt careless, unprofessional, and like customers were more of an inconvenience than anything else.

Stopped in for a vegan cookie on the way back to our Airbnb one evening while in Lexington. Simply yet effective way to satisfy a sweet craving. We tried the vegan birthday cake and double chocolate chunk and neither disappointed.

Ordered cookies for Christmas Eve the website was great easy to order. I got sugar cookies and snickerdoodle cookies. I’m disappointed the snickerdoodle cookies were a lil hard sugar cookies were great

went tonight. the girl working front of house kiosk from the 12am crew on 11/19/24 was a doll. she truly went above and beyond even though we went went late and expected them to be out of the main flavors. the confetti and salted caramel deluxe were both great

Because the cookies are warm the best are ones with chocolate chips or similar things that are melty. Service was quick. The prices are a little high but this is a place you go when you're craving, not everyday so that makes sense.
