We were stuck after getting towed and they let us sit inside and get warm and brought us all a cookie for free. Incredible place amazing people, and we are incredibly lucky to have insomnia near us.

Salted caramel is my favorite!!! My husband really enjoys the vegan chocolate chip cookie! The ice cream is good, but for the price the scoops are small

Parking was difficult but the cookies were great! I am dairy free and desert is hard to find but I was able to get the vegan chocolate chip and vegan funfetti!

Placed an order for me and my work friends and recieved the order 2 hours & 36 minutes later. When order was delivered the wrong name was on the package. When I told the delivery driver he acted like I had no clue what I was talking about. He finally gave me the correct order with my name on it. When I asked if there was ice cream with it he said “I’m not sure about that”. I asked if he had the ice cream in his bag and he once again told me “Yeah I’m not sure about that”. When I opened the box of cookies.. they weren’t even the cookies I had ordered. Overall very unhappy with the service.

Not the friendliest service I've received. Cookies were good, ice cream scoops were small. Buy $60 worth of cookies and they will not allow you to use the restroom! Definitely had better interactions at other locations in different states while traveling.
I bring them home and refrigerate them. They're even better cold!

Cookies and brownies tasted good.. but we both felt they were small for the price. This is located in a college town… wondering how college kids afford $15 for a couple cookies. We walked here from the downtown Hilton. It was a decent walk uphill. It was a nice evening and once we arrived the line was short.

The cookies are amazing and if you live VERY close for delivery you are fine. However, I am giving this rating because the order had been canceled, resent without my knowledge, left at an address that there is no one there to eat the cookies (Very Happy Raccoons later!) And I have no recourse through DoorDash or Insomnia. No cookies, no credit, no refund but happy local wildlife. Order and enjoy for pickup or very close delivery only!!! (Unless your raccoons also have a sweet tooth!)😁
