Ordered our steak dish medium rare. It was sent out cold & barely cooked with no sear? We kindly asked to have in cooked longer and it came out chopped up, well done, with sauce poured on top. The server never asked about it again and we were charged for it, although it wasn't eaten. Very strange experience here as we usually love it.

I'm not sure what happened with the food. We've been coming here for years. The Veal Marsala and Scallops are generally outstanding . Both dishes were mediocre at best. The wine list needs updating because the all nicer Italian wines on the list were not available . This was not the usual dining experience we have at ItalX .

Disappointing Gnocchi! Was MUSHY like potato soup! Absolutely awful! Cannolis tasted like coffee and were dry. Cheesecake wasn’t cheesecake. It was like a chocolate cake tart. Left 80% of my meal there! Expensive! No plans to return.

While the place is very pretty I found the prices to be way too high for what you get. Drinks are not made well. I seen a few mixed drinks left on tables when people left which is a sign drinks are not being made well. A glass of wine should not be 14.00 dollars or more. $12 dollars for a salad that is the size of a side salad. Took daughter for her 21st no celebration offered by the pace at all. I came I seen and was not something I care to do again. Way too high.

We visited Italx for the first time, for our Anniversary a few weeks ago. I have to say the Atmosphere was so relaxing and upscale. The server that took care of us was on top of everything and bravo to him. However, the food was less than stellar for a restaurant of this caliber. We ordered the Focaccia with whipped Ricotta. So delicious! It’s a must. My Spaghetti Carbonara was good, just drop the anchovies on top. My husband’s lasagna was burnt on top and colder than it should have been. Also, there was layering inconsistency. I mean, if you can’t get a lasagna right. 🫣 For dessert the Tiramisu…..Dry! It’s lady fingers soaked in Espresso. The Cocoa powder on top was way too much. A light coating is all that’s needed. I love making this, an Italian taught me.
