My girlfriend and i went after work on a friday night. We had Cooper as our server and he was amazing.He made us feel super welcomed and was very efficient. Everything we ordered was brought out super quick even though it was a friday night rush. The burgers definitely lived up to the hype. I suggest the Greg Brady burger!

The food is mediocre for the prices you're paying, the service was pretty good, and the atmosphere is just unusual. Genuinely unsure if that's a good or bad unusual, but yeah, it's a bit different. If you're looking to get drunk though, I'd say that's this is the place, because there is constant loud rock music and lots of interesting decor that will keep you busy.Parking: There might be street parking, but if you want to get in here, find a garage close by (there's plenty everywhere), and make a day of walking around downtown Lex. Don't pay for parking if you only plan on eating here. I don't think that would be worth it.

I come to Kentucky several times a year in search of good bourbon when I came across Jacks!! I wish I knew my bartender/servers name but he’s PHENOMENAL!! I’m not much of a beer guy I’m more bourbon but he recommended something for me as well as helped me make my decision on one of the many burgers on their menu. I went with the Cobra Kai and it did not disappoint. The crinkle cut fries with whatever sauce that was in the giant plastic bottle is to die for. It’s a home made burger sauce for sure but was fantastic on both!! I would definitely recommend coming here on your next trip to Lexington. I know I’ll be back!!Parking: I was here after 5 plenty of free street parking!!

We got burgers and loaded fries. Although made fresh, the food was not worth the price paid and too salty. The place so dark we could barely make out what was in front of us. Do not recommend if you are and intend to eat sober.

Y'all listen up, if you like burgers and a secret sauce go here! It was so tasty. They have a jack brown secret sauce that was like a Mayo mix with garlic aoli. Fries are crinkle thick cut. The vibe is so fun!! Bar in the center. TV in the center for the bball game. The wall has unique art and trinkets and license plates on it. There's even unique art on the disco ball and deer on the wall because of Mardi bras ? Fast service too!
Decent but small burger, good fries, servers were good. A little expensive for what you get, got a beer fries and a couple beers and it was $40 before

Great customer service, super fast with the food coming out. I was going to add another patty to the burger and the dude already had it finishing up. The Cobra Kai burger was so bomb and I highly recommend it but add a patty if you are hungry. The beer on tap was really cold and refreshing too.
