Walked in without notice on a Friday night with 12 people and from the time we sat down to the time we got our food was about 10-15 minutes. Without any mistakes. All of our order was correct the first time. I love the service and the care we were given. Will definitely be back!

This fell off our radar for a while but this was the first Mexican restaurant in Lexington. And it’s still just as good. Flavor of the steak was perfect. One of the best cheese dips in town.

I’ve been eating at Jalapeños for years, when other family members chose another Mexican restaurant, I chose them. The service I received today, from two individuals was rude and borderline line racist.
I ordered my usual( when in a rush) didn’t get chips and when I tried to ask a question about it. The guy loudly tried to tell me off and walked away.
I went to cashier she brushed me off no apologies. Gave me money back, tried to explain been eating there for years. Not just when I’m grabbing and go but for sit down dinner.
Now, if they cared that I’ve been a long term customer would’ve explained a new price and I would’ve understood and said I still wanted. However, not to say care why I requested a refund and walk off is unprofessional.
We love coming here! Alejandro is amazing there! I feel like this is Lexington's best kept secret!!

first time eating here, ordered a beef bean and queso nacho, and got whatever this is 😐 no beans, the cheese was shredded, not queso. the salsa tastes like tomato sauce
