I went through the drive through around 853 and they said they were closed. I feel if they are going to advertise they are open till 9 they should at least keep there drive thru open till then. I generally like Jason’s but was disappointed tonight.

Take out order. Sandwich was just OK. the baked potato was a miss. Not much of a value for sure. Great when they first opened.

High praise for the folks at Jason's deli. I've been to this location several times and always have great service and great food. My most recent experience with them was the only time that I had an issue. Something was left out of a to-go order. A couple add-ons that were not of any additional cost anyway. It just wasn't the dining experience that I was hoping to have. I called and I spoke with Erica. She was super friendly, overly apologetic and immediately redeemed the restaurant. I went back today and the staff went well above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I had wanted.
The beefeater, muffulettas, pasta salad, and all the soups I've tried at Jason's have kept me full and happy. Highly recommend.

If you like a well stocked , clean Salad Bar, you have to try Jason's Deli. Salad Bars are hard to find these days, so I am glad they have one. Always delicious with plenty of options. Add a sandwich or one of their delicious soups and top it off with free ice cream vend. I never leave hungry and you can usually get a table with no wait. Service is fast and friendly.

We stopped in today for the first time and the food was good, but Alyssa is the star of the show! I wasn’t feeling well (I had a headache from waiting too long to eat and I was kind of car sick) and wanted something simple and Alyssa was very cheerful and patient and she knew the menu and made several suggestions. She also complimented my nails and my purse. Who doesn’t love compliments! I ended up creating my own super basic sandwich and I got the strawberry shortcake. Would absolutely go back just for the strawberry shortcake. Next time we’ll dine in and get the salad bar and some soup. I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place!
Oh, and Alyssa brought my order over to me before I even finished getting my drink. Service was QUICK!

I was just at the drive-through and went to pay using my phone. The young lady at the window said oh I have to take your phone. We don’t have the device unattached from the register to reach to your window. Not to mention, she almost dropped my phone in the process! Then who would have been responsible for the repair if any was needed? 8 out of 10 restaurants in the Lexington area all have devices to accommodate the customer. So if you are looking to pay this way, then don’t go through the drive-through.
