A coworker and I patronize this Jersey Mike’s often and have previously had nothing but great experiences. Unfortunately, Friday August 16th, 2024 I walked in and went to use the restroom. While in the restroom, an employee walks up to the door and knocks on it. I LOCKED the door and did not feel like responding to the knock since it was locked. The employee said, “You could at least say something.” Because he is insecure and felt rejected by another Man not talking to him through a bathroom door that is LOCKED.
I confronted the short great value Kendrick Lamar looking boy and asked if he was the one that knocked on the door. He admitted to doing so and I proceeded to explain that if the door is locked, it is CLEARLY occupied. GV KDot replied, “you could still say something you weird dude.”
Needless to say, this short black man with long nappy dreads did not attend the training session with the rest of the Jersey Mike’s crew.
I spoke with a manager who did not think it was an issue and only said, “I will speak with him about it.”

That is not friendly customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

The black guy with long dreads on south broadway makes a perfect sandwich, I’ve been to hundreds of jersey mikes and this guy is on the money. perfect amount on all toppings he’s great!

The staff I met there was Kind and Generous they type of people you would want making your Sandwich they seem to give 5 star quality to the effort they put into they're sandwiches I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. It's one of my go to places to eat lunch. Great service, and they wipe down the cutting machine for me voluntarily (I never ask) and that is so considerate.

I ordered for delivery a couple our in advance with a specific time picked. The sandwich did arrive within a few minutes of the desired time. Only issue is that the bottom of the sandwich was soggy on the sides.

This was my first time going to a Jersey Mike's. I was a little confused on how you order, bc the setup was a bit weird, and no one explained that to me. I got the buffalo chicken sub, it was good, but once I started looking at the selection I thought I should have ordered something else. A half sub is more than enough for one person, I didn't finish all of mine.
