More than willing to change this to a 5 star review but when I spend $45 on two subs I’d like them to be made correctly. Ordered two chicken Phillies with bacon oregano and salt n pepper to go. No bacon no salt and pepper and no oregano was added. Not to mention being charged $7.50 for the bacon.

This Jersey Mike’s is literally always on point. Never once had a bad experience or wrong order in multiple years of coming here. Rewards program is nice, too.

Maddie made the best #99 I ever had Jersey Mike's. So much that I drove back to get the survey code so I could give a great review. In this visit and my previous visit Hunter was very helpful and friendly

Even with a short line, the line moved really fast as the staff were very efficient at their jobs. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job making the sandwiches. I liked that the sandwich had an adequate amount of toppings and juice and was not dry at all. Ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. Staff greeted us when we came in and thanked us when we left. Excellent service experience.

Walked in, I’ve only been to the one on Richmond road which I’ve always had a great experience with and everyone there is super nice, this one I immediately got cut off of my sentence as I was explaining that I was waiting for my friend. As we ordered our sandwiches it wasn’t too bad it was when they finished making my sandwich they literally complained about the cheese sticking to the bread even though they didn’t even ask me if I wanted any toppings on my sandwich. Instead they were sitting there conversing with their coworkers the entire time. I will just take my business to Richmond road instead because I don’t need someone to complain over the fact they didn’t ask me what toppings I wanted on my sandwich, would not recommend going here if you want to feel like a dumbass over the fact you had to shout that you wanted toppings on your sandwich because the worker who isn’t doing anything is too busy talking about some dumb shit with his coworker.

I realize folks want to go home on time too, but I imagine their scheduled working hours are extended beyond closing. For those of us who work late, it would be nice if the doors weren't locked at 8:50 pm when hours are until 9:00 pm, then collectively laugh when I got back in my car. Once they saw I was typing on my phone, they unlocked the door. Another gentleman walked right in to be served. It is not the first time their doors have locked early. Jimmy John's will get my business going forward, where my patronage was greeted with a welcoming smile.
